Really impressed
I visited the Tonbridge branch today with a view to looking at a unit to rent. Amy showed me the unit and talked me through everything which was really helpful! She really knew her stuff and covered all the things I hadn’t even thought of. I went on to rent the unit while in the branch because Amy made the whole process so simple, we got through the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and she even got me setup in the app in preparation for us taking on the unit.

A nice storage facility, strongly recommended
The storage facility is well built. There is an elevator to go up, trolley to carry heavy items. Just download their up and you’re good to go.
There’s also an office with Shurgard employees available to assist you if any issues arise.
