Great comms from David for a grinder I purchased that was on pre-order. Regularly updated and very professional to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sigma again.

Bought a K-Ultra grinder and a Knodos naked portafilter. Excellent coffe kit, delivered swiftly after order and very helpful follow up discussion on dosing and grind settings with David. In a world of large, anonymous, corporate store fronts it’s a real pleasure to deal with a family run business selling carefully selected gear, whilst also being on hand to assist with advice and guidance on how to get the best out of your purchase.

We recently purchased one of these as a present. Now opened and tried out. What a great hand grinder. Compared to our previous grinder the coffee was significantly better, both in body and flavour.

Ordered a grinder that was out of stock but due in. Their estimate for delivery was great, pricing was reasonable, delivery was as expected. Solid experience.

Only issue was one gasket/ O-ring that might have been missing from packaging but unlikely to have been anything to do with Sigma as the package was closed.

These people sell carefully selected coffee gear - and it works.
I bought a bottomless portafilter for my Sage Dual Boiler which is better value (cheaper) than Sage's, comes with a perfectly acceptable 22g basket and it looks splendid. It will also accommodate the 28mm deep basket I Intend to use.
I should, perhaps, say that I bought a no-name specimen from the people with next-day delivery which didn't fit and wouldn't accept the 28mm deep basket I want to use. I shall not make that mistake again now I know about Sigma!

The grinder I ordered from Sigma was not quite as I expected (my fault :0) and the grinder was returned and I was refunded quickly and with no fuss. Highly recommended.

I purchased a hand grinder from these guys and was using it religiously to a point where I damaged a silicon gasket that comes with it. I got in touch with the manufacturer to get replacements and ended up opening a line of communicate between the 2. David was stellar in taking over the logistics and paperwork in retrieving replacements and getting them to my door step. I commend their dedication to extraordinary customer service. For the ease of use of their store, purchasing and fast delivery. Also their pricing from what I've seen are incredibly competitive. Better than Amazon which is often the more convenient option for most things.

I've also recieved 2 codes since so I've been spending more time browsing their website than doing anything actually productive! I'm planning to come back and make some more purchases in the near future. I might bother David again for the giggles.
