The guys at Sigma Sports went the extra mile to solve the issue with my bike. Annoying brake issue on a new bike but I have turned up three times and they did everything to solve the issue. Thanks to Jonny & Sam for all your efforts.

Mark could not have been more helpful in choosing upgraded cycling shoes. Got a great understanding of where the value is, so was able to choose a mid level shoe that met my requirements.

Great customer service

I'd already had a bike fit elsewhere, so I was wary of paying for another one, but I knew something still wasn't right. I've been dealing with a lower back issue that kept interrupting my triathlon training and I was starting to dread getting on the bike.

Salvatore took the time to understand what was going on and explained every adjustment as he made it. So far I've had no pain at all and feel so much more secure on the bike. He also knew I had a race coming up and got everything sorted quickly.

Salvatore is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a proper bike fit!

As I was about to go away on a short break I requested that my items that I had bought be delivered the following week. Whilst I was away I received an e-mail telling me that the goods had been despatched so I contacted Sigma Sports at Kingston and was told that there was nothing showing on the system to indicate that they had been sent and that I shouldn’t worry. I asked why I was sent the e-mail but was continually assured that they wouldn’t arrive any time soon. The following day I received another e-mail saying that my items had been delivered to a neighbour, which was very lucky as they are rarely home during weekdays.
The value of the goods was £900 so you can imagine how angry I am at this shambles! I normally find Sigma Sports to be very good so this review is based on this experience only.

Salva did my bike fit and was fantastic - incredibly passionate and knowledgable, with attention to detail and a real expert in his field. I couldn't recommend him - and the service - highly enough.

I was about to travel to Pontevedra for the World Triathlon Championships and panicked about the state of my tyres so booked in for new tyres to be fitted. When the bike was in the guy responsible (Marcus?) noticed a couple of critical issues on the bike and suggested they were also fixed. Great attentive service and sent me off with less to worry about. World Championships went really well! Thanks so much!

Some excellent service. The shop is fantastic at Hampton, and the guy who served me when collecting my bike2work products was dedicated and professional. However, it was annoying to see that when I got home, I was charged £7 to have shoes that cost over £200 delivered to my house so I didn't have to cycle the 15 miles back to the shop to pick them up. Also annoying that they couldn't just deliver the bike2work products to my house in the first place.
However, I appreciated the free coffee, Red Bull, and samples at the shop.

I've updated this review and given 5 stars from 3 as they reached out to me, informed me they fixed their AI bot glitch so the bike2work scheme could be delivered to my home (handy for future customers), and they refunded me the delivery charge.

Sigma Sports has restored (some of) my faith in big companies; if only Garmin would follow suit.

I had a bike custom built at Sigma. The whole experience was very slick and i was very impressed. Jonathan in particular was great - very friendly, helpful, professional, and has a wealth of knowledge about bikes. Would definitely recommend

I've used the website for orders before but this time we visited the shop. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to see all the stock for real.
