Salvo is a superstar bike fitter. I went in to get my new road bike, and he took the time to assess what bike would work for me, and carefully explain each of the adjustments he was making to ensure I had a perfectly fitting bike. Would recommend to anyone. The rest of the staff and the overall shop was great, and I couldn't be happier with the delivery.

Great customer service, especially rapid replies to emails from real people and not bots. While tend to stock high end items can also have some great bargains, which is what i look out for.

I needed a new bike helmet and a god selection, prive range and advice from the team. I always try to visit this shop in person as it's way better than buying on-line.

I had a fantastic experience at Sigma Sports in Hampton Wick when purchasing my new cycling gear. Mark served me and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

I bought the Shimano RC903 S-Phyre road cycling shoes in white, size EU 44.5, along with Shimano 105 R7000 SPD-SL road bike pedals. I also picked up two pairs of cycling socks: Universal Colours Mono Summer Cycling Socks and GripGrab Lightweight SL Regular Cut Summer Cycling Socks.

Mark was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference, and Mark is a credit to the Sigma Sports team.

Efficient job and less than 1/2day turn around time for this pre booked service appointment. Professionally completed and handled by check in staff.

I made an order online and went to collect in store. The young man helping me was great and helped sort out my order as I needed to return some items and only collect a partial part of order. While dealing with me, the young man asked a colleague for assistance to help another customer waiting to be served. The other worker responded with attitude and ego towards the young man helping me even with him asking very politely to help the other customer. At first I thought they were joking with each other but seeing the face of the young man and apologing to his colleague for no reason, I felt it was unnecessary to make someone feel bad like that. So I suggest that someone should advise the shop floor workers that everyone is human and everyone is equal and leave that ego in the bin regardless of your position within a work place.

Picked up my first road bike from Sigma Sports, following a consultation with Milo. The whole experience was fantastic. Milo explained everything brilliantly and helped me choose a great bike within my budget. Turn around was then quick and easy and when I picked it up, Milo took me through the specifics of the bike and adjusted everything to the specs we established at the consultation. Brilliant customer service experience and well worth the trip out from central London!

Got everything I wanted at a sensible price and with excellent delivery arrangements

Bike in for a service and the front battery for the front shifters wasn't checked. A minor thing that takes a few seconds. Lucky I double checked before doing the London to Brighton ride that week. Not sure why something so simple was over-looked. Rest of the service was fine.
