Michael, Josh and Charlie explained everything really well and did a fantastic job! Very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would use again and recommend them to friends and family.

Prompt arrival, very clean and tidy and efficient work. Steve and Ben very respectful of property and occupants. Thrilled with new front door, looks great.

Second set of windows installed for us ; following rear bedroom windows last year. Charlie and Josh did a really great job. Very polite, very clean and a really professional finish. Caulk was a bit smelly so we could not use the bedroom for a couple of days otherwise thoroughly recommend Signature.

We had Signature for a new front door and were so happy we got them to quote for new windows for the front of the house.

Charlie and Josh arrived at 8am and had installed our new door by 11am. They were polite and efficient and left no trace of their work behind. We are really happy with our new front door. Highly recommended!

I was a little worried after I’d paid the deposit after finding signature on Facebook as I had never heard of them, nor had anyone I knew. I had no reason to worry!
Simon from sales was very lovely, arrived at the appointment booked on time and within a week of enquiring. Appointment wasn’t rushed (unlike another company that I won’t name who fitted our door) and Simon listened to what we wanted.
Windows were fitted in 10 weeks from deposit paid.
Charlie and Josh fitted the windows. I can only say these two lads were polite, took their shoes off when I had told them not to worry and made me aware of the slight (very small) issues along the way. They worked really hard and not even sure they took a break! And we’re super tidy!!
Last day of fitting and the patio doors just were slightly stiff but there was no issue with them trying to do what they could. Had an engineer out within an hour but that was only because we live 28ish miles away from Chichester and I’m sure would have been quicker if we lived closer and it was sorted out!
I could not be happier that I chose Signature.
We were planning to brick up a doorway but after the service we had, we will be asking for another appointment to get a static window put in! And I wouldn’t be asking anyone else!
If I had known, I would have asked them to do my front door as well as the other company were rude!
Would 1000% recommend and have already told my family and friends!

A little nervous this morning waiting for our new front door to be fitted as you hear so many horror stories, but I’m happy to say was totally unfound!. Steve and sorry I can’t remember your colleagues name, arrived on time and got straight to it. The door itself is just fabulous and the quality stands out. From removing the old, fitting the new, and a good hoover and tidy up (which in our experience is rare these days) and a quick lesson, they were on their way in no time at all. Honestly thank you so much we’re chuffed to bits and without doubt will use again and highly recommend

We replaced all the windows in the house and the old front door and installed triple glazed ones . It took 4 days and I have to say I am so happy that I have chosen this company ! I saw many companies before I decided to go with Signature home Improvements. From Simon the salesman who came twice to see us and answered all our questions to Ben and Steven the window fitters who did an amazing job the 4 days in our house and explained every detail to me and did the extra mile for us . All of them were polite , did amazing job , focused on the details in the windows and door and did a fantastic job! Their fitting was amazing with a detail to be perfect ! Answered all my questions while fitting the windows and they didn’t rush so they took an extra day for an excellent fitting !Can’t thank them enough! So pleased with the result today! I highly recommend them, and any problems with the windows from the manufacturer that we had been re-ordered next day!
