Excellent Customer Service from start to finish. Ben did an amazing job of fitting our new front doot, it wasn't an easy task with the wall conditions he was dealing with in an old house. We are so pleased with the end result and would definetly recommend Signature Home Improvements.

First Class experience with Signature Home Improvements from the initial salesman’s visit all the way through to the installation. At the time, I obtained quotes from two other companies, one a national company, the other a regional company operating in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey areas. Signature provided the cheapest quote. The installation over two days was very problematic, owing to the age of our property. Ben and Craig, the installers, persevered, overcoming the structural issues with our house, leaving us with superb, efficient double glazed windows. Highly recommended. I have no reservations at all about using Signature Home Improvements in the future.

The whole experience was excellent, from initial contact, order placing and installation. The installation team take pride in their work and strive to provide an excellent service, taking their time to do a good job. Plus they have the support of their management team.

From the original visit to get quote they were professional, yet friendly, understanding of what we wanted, working with us to get the best design that was functional yet beautiful.

From ordering the front and back doors to the installation was very smooth from beginning to end.
The installation of both doors was completed in a day, with the second day used to tidy up the trims. After each day the house was left tidy with all rubbish removed.
Ordering was simple with the door visualisation software really useful to determine the final design and colour.

Signature Home Improvements have successfully done everything they said they would do and have kept to the promised timeframe. From sales to technical to fitting, their service and products are excellent. We now have 21 new windows and doors and are delighted with the result.

From the original sales visit, to the survey and installation the team were very professional. The guys doing the install were very efficient, neat and tidy. There was a small issue that I did not notice when signing off the job, however when I called the following day, the team could not have been more helpful and fitters attended the same day to rectify the issue. Will be using Signature again....

From the initial meeting which was very thorough and informative answering any questions the whole process of installation for six windows and a double French doors went very smoothly. The crew were helpful, kept the areas clean and really sharp on detail. This was a tricky job for them but all went well. Highly recommended.

Signature windows are a highly recommended company, from start to finish they have been brilliant, they fitted my windows in my house I've just brought, they have competitive prices and the 20% off helps with the cost plus a further 10% nhs discount was even better and the price was very fair and I got to choose my windows and handles, everyone at the company has been brilliant, from the sales appointment at home to the survey to the fitting, 10 out of 10 the only thing that I found was I'm going to have to repaint in some areas due to the marks on the walls were the windows were fitted and the marks on the gloss on the window sill, which will take a bit longer but fantastic company all round would certainly use again.
