Have had great service from Signature Home Improvements regardless of who has been involved. Good choice of doors. Great communication. Installation went extremely well (thanks Charlie and Josh) with no mess to clear up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Recently had new windows fitted by Charlie & Josh, all the rooms have recently been plastered & decorated as previous company who where due to supply and fit windows before the decorating went into administration didn’t think so at the time but this has proved to be a good result for me, saved money and the installation is absolutely first class you would not know they had fitted the windows after the decorating, and the weather they worked in was horrific. I have no hesitation in recommending Signature and hopefully you will be lucky like me and get these two lads to fit them, absolutely first class job.

Great communication from start to finish and decent pricing. Steve, Ben and Josh were great fitting everything and were all very friendly. Explained anything that needed to be and tidied up after themselves too. Would definitely recommend them / use them in the future.

Charlie and Josh were excellent, our door was fitted really well and they were very clean, tidy and efficient. Charlie went through all the door features and all was explained really well. Our door looks lovely. We were really pleased with everthing, would recommend.

I decided to order a new front door as my existing one would not seal properly, the UPVC frame was somehow twisted from the original installation.
The whole order process was very straightforward.
Within days of calling Signature Home Improvements , a survey had been completed. A short while later, a 2nd person arrived to double check measurements and confirm everything .

My door was brilliantly installed today, about a month from the order being placed, by Josh and another lad, both very polite, friendly and professional.
They have done a lovely job with no damage to any surrounding walls ( which had recently been painted )
When they left , I noticed a slight issue with the locking mechanism and called Signature.
Within 10 minutes the lads were back to make some slight adjustments!
I wasn’t expecting them to come back today but was delighted when they did.
Money well spent with this company .

In many respects this company did well, my patio doors were installed well, the fitters where clean and tidy, the finish was excellent, and the overall quality good, but it is not what I want or what I thought I was getting. The opening for the patio doors was wider than the widest door they could supply so an extra upright was added to the frame at each side resulting in thick white unsightly panels. I was not aware that this would be the case and had I known this was required I would not have gone ahead with the installation. There are symbols on the measurement form I signed during the survey which apparently indicated that this would be the case, but unfortunately I am not familiar with significance of their shorthand symbols, nobody outside the company would be. The lack of communication during the survey prior to purchase was the problem. In response the company did waive the final payment, while that was appreciated I still have to look at the two unsightly pillars of white plastic everyday. The response from the company was cold and unsympathetic. Yes, buy from them, but be aware that communication is not their strong point, ask lots of questions, especially during the measurement survey.

From start to finish this has been a seamless first class experience. The help and guidance I was given at the outset made my new front door choice the right one. The installation team did a superb job and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and my only choice for any future home improvement needs.

Excellent door fitting - and it was not a simple job owing to the old bricks our house is made from. It's already made a huge difference to our house in terms of security, warmth, and quiet.

Signature Home Improvements updated our original 11 windows and three doors from the 1956 Crittal metal frame, single glazing to a very high quality modern window and door system. We now have about the best efficiency double glazing and high security doors. They gave us a quote following their first visit, and stuck to the amount throughout, as it was right for the job. Not the lowest cost quote, but you pay for the right quality of both product and workmanship. Removing the old windows was difficult and time consuming, but carried out efficiently with minimal damage to any of the surrounding brickwork or decorations. All work carried out efficiently, cleanly and to time. We are very pleased with the result, and look forward to many years of fault-free comfort. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
