From start to finish 5-star business. When looking for a new front door, french patio doors / windows and a new garage entrance door, as soon as we walked into the showroom in Chichester you could see the high-quality standard products on display. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. A home visit was arranged where the products were discussed in more detail. After finalising the deal, we were kept informed throughout and the estimated installation date was spot on.

Installation: All I can say is the level of detail and knowledge the installers had were second to none. Very hard working and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Attention to detail was outstanding. A real asset to Signature Home Improvements.

The new products have made a considerable improvement to our home, and we would not hesitate to use Signature again.

We are over the moon with our new windows installed by Signature, even when a very very minor issue was raised the guys were happy to pop over and see to the problem.

The team were very effective in replacing the windows only taking 3 hours and squeezed the job in which fit our builders calender perfectly!

The work was carried out extremely well and I am really pleased with the finish. Steve and Charlie were great and managed to overcome a couple of problems along the way. I would definitely recommend the company to others. Thank you very much.

Had a new front door installed by Signiture Home Improvements and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Installation team did a great job and kept their workspace clean and tidy. Was a nice touch the salesperson calling me up after the job was finished making sure I was happy with everything. Absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors. From initial enquiry to job completion, the service, explanations and advice really helped our understanding and confidence. Signature were efficient and organised, and we were kept fully informed at all stages of the process. Products were of the highest quality as was the workmanship involved in installation. Most important was the fact that our home was fully respected throughout the process. Rakeem of Chichester branch was in the sales office, he was brilliant. He was not pushy, but he offered suggestions and alternatives, things we might not have thought of.
The fitters were clean and respectful, I didn't have to tidy up after them.
We had half the house done with blinds in the windows, and they are lovely, I'm very pleased.
We had few little niggles with one window! I got onto Rakeem about it, and he exceeded my expectations, they have put it right. We couldn't ask for more.
Based on our experience I would highly recommend them! We will be using signature windows when we get the rest done!

Really pleased with my new windows.
The guys from Signature worked really hard installing them. They used dust sheets to respect my property and garden, and vacuumed up at the end of the day. Thank you all Signature Staff.
