Great furniture

Great furniture! Unique designs that you won't find elsewhere. Customer service excellent & polite, same as the delivery guys, they unpacked the item with care and made sure everything was in place before they left. Will definitely purchase again 😊

Glass mirror

Have just brought my first house and was looking for something special as a main feature in the living room. After a few hours googling came across this website and all I can say is wow. You had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price for your glass mirrors. Thank you for everything

Service / after sales

Ordered the crushed glass fire place for my mum and I have to say … wow ! Quality is 10/10 but more to the point , customer service was 10/10 as well when I called asking about another order I made . Overall this is the only place where I’ve ordered crushed glass furniture that I’ve never had any problems. Thank you . Looking forward to receiving our dressing table !

Don’t order here

I ordered a mirrored sideboard (came to £550) and the delivery date was pushed back 4 times. When the item finally arrived it was all smashed up so the delivery guys took it back. They spoke to someone, who I believe was the owner, who said they could send a replacement or refund me and I chose refund. I’ve spent the week trying to chase this and each time I email they ignore my refund request and offer me a replacement. I’ve sent three emails asking for a refund and they won’t process it which is what has led me to writing this review. They have the item back and have most likely claimed on insurance or received a refund from their supplier yet also want to keep my money! I could understand if they were just busy and slow to answer emails but it’s the fact they keep responding and purposely ignoring my refund request.

When I ordered from them I checked on here and there were no negative reviews, now 5% are negative and they are racking up. Luckily I paid with a credit card so if they don’t refund, I will chargeback. But it’s a shame they’ve made me go to these lengths. The supplier may have sent them the item damaged for all we know, yes it got delayed 4 times & I understand things happen. But trying to hold onto £550?! Purposefully ignoring my refund request for an item I don’t have?! Not acceptable.

Hello and many thanks for your review. We're so sorry that your order was delayed, this was due to reasons out of our control. With regards to damage on delivery, this very rarely happens and when it does we offer a replacement immediately. You of course didn't want this and wanted a refund which was processed once we'd collected the item. Sometimes the bank can take a while to get the funds back but it's usually within 5-7 working days. This was processed in a timely manner our end as I can see on your file. I'm glad this is now resolved however.

First experience with this company

First experience with this company, placed an order towards the end of April. Was given a delivery date, as this appointment got closer the date got pushed back and I recieved a second delivery date, Then as this got closer, I received a message to say there had been issues with the production of the mirror and it would again be pushed back slightly but would be worth the wait... bearing in mind there is no way to contact simply home other than email we decided to wait.
Delivery day finally came 29/06/23 (2 months after the order was placed) , started unwrapping the mirror only to find black marks all underneath the glass. Only unwrapped half the mirror before deciding we would send it back.
Sent a quick email to simply home asking for collection and a refund, they replied almost immediately asking if we would like to keep it and have a partial refund, or they could send a replacement? We obviously did not want this, and again asked if they could arrange collection and send a refund. We have had every email ignored since. They won't collect, and won't refund.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Edited on 22nd September 2023, The company finally collected the mirror 8 weeks after delivery, I was told a refund would be given. 2 weeks after collection I had to email in as no refund had been received at that point I was sent a refund receipt this was the 7th September, despite having received the refund receipt no money has been returned to my account, they have had my money now for almost 5 months, if I email in enquiring about the refund I just get a silly response telling me to wait a reasonable amount of time for the refund, reasonable, I think 5 months of them keeping my money is not reasonable at all.

I had a BEAUTIFUL dining table…

I had a BEAUTIFUL dining table delivered yesterday it's soooo glamorous I love it and I'm gonna be ordering more items next couple of weeks the driver Craig came early and put the table together and he was great I'm made up.
