I was nervous after making my order due to couple of the bad reviews on here, but I have received my beautiful fireplace! The original delivery date was changed to a further week so waited 2 weeks for delivery instead of 1 but not a problem it’s to be excepted with big deliveries. Delivery men were polite, bought it in and stayed to make sure it works. No complaints from me absolutely love it! Thank you simply home!

I got a diamond crushed drawer from them few months ago & pulled one of the drawers out in a silly way which caused the runner to break. Contacted them to see if a new runner can be sent out & they sent it straight away, not just one but 2 for both sides. Amazing after sales care.

I ordered a mirror from this company and was then contacted stating it was out of stock. I agreed to an alternative and we set a delivery date. The delivery was cancelled last minute by the company. They then gave me 5 additional dates when they assured me it would be delivered. The last date I was given was 27/5/23 where I was assured my senior management that my mirror will be with me that day and is worth the wait. On the day I heard nothing. I emailed the company and shortly afterwards received a call from someone claiming to be the delivery driver. They told me that the mirror is broken, they are very experienced in these types of damages and can hear that it is damaged so therefore there is no point delivering a faulty product. I have then emailed the company multiple times since (including the key word urgent) and have received no response. They have however found the time to update their Facebook page. As far as I’m concerned this is fraud. They accepted my money and appear to have had no intention to deliver my mirror. I have requested a full refund several times and have had no response. Avoid this company!

Update after the reply from Simply Home. At the time I posted this review I had not received a refund despite several requests for a refund. I then opened a case through my payment card and that is why I was refunded. I also at no point saw or received the item as you’ve stated so I have no idea if it was damaged as it was NEVER in my possession.

Believe it or not I ordered around 6 weeks ago and have not received my order as of yet due to my moving date being moved.

I can not thank Simply HomeUK enough!!! Their customer services and ability to remain so professional, yet understand has been truly amazing. I can’t wait to finally confirm a delivery date.

They have made a life long customer out of me. THANK YOU

Imani & Alan. Were great in communicating what time they would arrive with my delivery. Also took time to find my building which wasn’t easy as its a new build. They also explained how I should set up my item.

I’d give 10 stars if I could.. what exceptional and superb service from the delivery drivers Michael and Omar! They were so professional from the word go and nothing was too much trouble. They loaded the cabinet into the house, took it out the packaging to make sure there was no damage and even took the rubbish away for us! You don’t usually come across nice chaps like these two but they were a credit to your business!

The cabinet itself is absolutely beautiful and looks stunning in our living room leaving such a statement!

Beautiful bedroom furniture kept well informed on my delivery and plenty of time for the delivery Craig and Mark were absolutely brilliant carried the both pieces upstairs for me unpacked them put the the way I wanted them took all the rubbish downstairs to thank you guys you were both amazing

Good communication from this company regarding delivery of my bedroom furniture, I ordered two chest of drawers and a dressing table, all delivered on time and perfect! The furniture is delivered assembled, just had to put crystal handles on, glad to say Craig & Mark carried up this heavy load and put furniture where i wanted in my room, great guys! I am absolutley delighted with it all, thank you so much!

At first i wasn't sure on the company as i never heard of it but after looking on their website i could see it was genuine but i was still nervous and worried about placing an order but the company reassured me it was genuine and i am so glad i placed my first order and i will be re ordering very soon

I love my new furniture it making my room looks so glamorous and will be back to get some more and the delivery team excellent polite and helpful I am a happy customer

Excellent service received from email updates, the quality of the mirrored furniture and the delivery guys were wonderful and ensured furniture was delivered without any issues and stress

Just simply superb! Was sceptical of ordering at first but i must say i need not of worried at all. Was informed from start to finish and updated on the actual delivery day of an approximate time for the delivery. The quality of my Mirrored dining table is great and the price was even better. Would highly recommend SimplyHomeUK to anyone wanting decent modern furniture for a good price. Delivery guy's were polite and professional! I would certainly order from SimplyHomeUK again for sure.

When looking at Simply Homes UK's website to decide which dressing table to choose I made the decision to go for the plain mirrored one although the white mirrored one looked beautiful too! From ordering, to delivery, they offer excellent customer service! I would order from this company again! It was delivered by two very helpful delivery guys and it came ready assembled! I am so happy with my beautiful dressing table! 🩷

Connor and Mason were really lovely and professional, called me about an hour before delivery to let me know what time they'd get to my house. Unpacked the item to make sure it wasn't damaged as well before they left. No complaints, thank you very much :)

Only just this minute been delivered so excited to unwrap it though but delivery was super fast and connor and the other delivery driver were so lovely professional polite and helpful thank you so much will defo buy again from you guys highly recommend
