Very bad if you travel. They charge the highest rates and customer service is a joke. I already changed to another provider after such frustrating situation.

The customer service is okay. But prices outside bundle are outrageous!!
In April i used 1 GB outside the bundle and Simyo charged me 67 Euros!!
The bundle itself internet + calls is 5 times less (20 GB incliuded).
Also calls landline to other countries is very expensive!
So please be careful when using services outside the subscription agreement.

Total scumbags. When you change to another provider, they disable the data limit, and during the final days of your subscription they also hide the amount of data you've used, just to make you go over the limit and pay more money. This should be illegal (and probably is).
Edit to reply to reply: Perhaps 'It shouldn't be the case that your data limit is automatically disabled when you request to switch to another provider or cancel your contract', but the reality in the app is that the limit is nowhere to be found anymore. And perhaps 'You should also be able to log in to Mijn Simyo until the very last moment you are with Simyo to view your usage', but again, reality is that usage is invisible on the last few days of the contract.
This is inexusable, highly unprofessional toxic ex-partner behavior.

I just by my first SIM Card trough the web page, in English and it was really easy and specially CLEAR and CLEAN. I loved that!

Update: na contact met simyo blijkt dat je bij prepaid een ongevraagd negatief saldo kunt krijgen van 300+ euro!!! En als je vervolgs weer beltegoed aankoopt dan wordt dit zonder enige melding van je gestolen. Zit nu op libara. Veel beter.
Terrible service, I bought an esim for iphone, an internet bundle and call credits. The internet worked fine but after I bought a second bundle my phone could not connect to the internet anymore. And within no time my call credits were gone but I did not use the phone or e-sim internet because it did not work anymore. Then I loaded again 10 euro. Same problem, I tried it a third time same problem, within a few minutes call credits were gone and still no internet. I chat with this company but they dont care at all and they dont listen to your complaint. Only standard copy paste answers . Bye 30 euro. I have other provider now and all works fine. What an Terrible company is this. Its a shame.

Terrible experience with this company. I recieved a fine of 125euro, on a regular monthly bill of 20 euro for a tiny amount of excess data usage. Other networks I’ve used in the past would simply turn data off after the limit is reached.

I had a very poor experience with Simyo regarding a phone order with subscription.
The order was rejected due to a supposed “address formatting issue,” which was not correct. Despite this, payment was taken immediately. After cancellation, I was repeatedly told by customer support that a refund had already been processed.
Weeks later, no refund has been received. My bank has confirmed that no refund transaction was ever initiated. When asked for proof of payment, only internal screenshots showing a “refunded” status were provided, which is not valid proof of an actual transaction.
Support responses have been unhelpful and inconsistent, and there has been no clear accountability or resolution.
At this point, the issue is not just the delay, but the lack of transparency and inability to provide verifiable evidence of a refund that was supposedly completed.
I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.

The most fake company I have ever seen in the Netherlands. They are not for services, they just operate how to steal people. That is why they don’t want to show their physical existence.

This company is incompetent. I have been trying to solve a simple problem (their SIM does not work) for over a year with no solution. All they do is keep asking me ro recharge even though my phone does not work. I have wasted tons of money and time with these clowns. Stay away.
