If I ever see Singpost on any platform…

If I ever see Singpost on any platform such as Lasada,shopee,I will ever ever prohibit myself from buying and using their bloody lousy, untrustworthy service.Singpost's service,some staff cannot be trusted,they keep your hard earn bought item,and they write in the tracking column,said item delivered to your letter box,which is they is no letter box in the address given.

Many damaged items, no notice of failed deliveries, customer service provides no resolution after weeks of emails

No issues with Singpost at my previous homes. I've recently moved to a new home in the Eastern part of Singapore. Since moving, I've had numerous items arrive damaged/broken. Also had items returned to sender overseas after apparently 3 failed attempts to deliver, but I only ever received a delivery note for the first missed attempt.

After contacting by chat, phone and email, Singpost denies items were damaged in transit as the package was delivered in "good condition", which cannot be the case as the well- packed porcelain items were all smashed into many small pieces.

No satisfaction response for missed deliveries. Singpost informed that the item was returned to sender. Then 2 emails later sent me 'proof of delivery' which is a photo of the package and my door number with no date or time stamp on the image. And yet the package was not delivered.

None of the issues have been resolved. Email responses in the same email chain are from different individuals and take 5-7 days but give no useful information or assistance

Singapore Post are Deceitful Thieves.

I dont know how these deceitful thieves are still in business. They lose or steal your parcel and they dont care at all. They have had a parcel of mine for 24 days but wont admit to having it. It has been lost or stolen. They have a delivery slip from UPS plus a proof of delivery slip from their dock where my parcel was delivered and accepted. But they wont acknowledge that they have it. It is lost or stolen and Singapore Post know this but wont replace my purchase. They have been investigating this matter for several weeks and I have supplied them with all information asked for several times but they keep asking for the same information over and over. Be a good idea if only 1 person was looking at my case instaed of 25 a new investigator every day and none of them know how to do their job. I wish I had never heard of singapore post because they are just a nightmare. A group of people stealing peoples money and parcels that is all Singapore Post is Organised crime run Singapore Post I would think. Avoid like the plague.

Reliable service

Don't be fooled by all the bad reviews. Customers always post review when their item got lost/damaged/arrived late but never post review when they recieve their item on time. Hence, I'm here to share my positive experience so people can have a more balanced view.

Singpost's service is always fast and reliable. Oftentimes when I ordered something from the US through USPS, the item get delivered by the next working day by SingPost once it reach SG. The only time when my package fail to deliver/get damaged is because I wrote the address wrong or the sender did not pack the package properly. Hence I've learnt the "Fragile" & "Do not bend" label is irrevalent if you pack the package properly.

Overall, very satisfied with the service. Keep up with the good work SingPost!

Years of damaged certificates

A Teacher here. Often have to students' academic certificates mailed to my home. Despite envelopes labelled clearly "Certificates: please do not bend", always have received them in damaged condition. A few times mails were lost too! 'Surprisingly', those that were sent to my offices, were almost always in good condition. Been happening since about 10 years ago. Damning reflection of Singapore's privatization of public services and resulting bureaucratic cover ups qnd toxic culture! Years of 'feedback' from public and still this? Your average review rating is 1.2 stars! Shameless!

Worst courier service in Singapore.

Worst courier service in Singapore.
Had unfortunate experience with SingPost because seller decided to ship with them.
The deliveryman came twice, Saturday morning & Monday 12:30pm (lunch hour) to an office address. The worse part was they decided to put my parcel on hold because of it. And then it took them forever (it's been 1 full working days now) to arrange a reschedule despite multiple attempts from me to request expedite. I didn't even requesting change of delivery address. They are just punishing customer for not be there exactly when they delivering the parcel.

There seem to be many channel to contact their Customer Service be it Live Chat, Hotline or Email but all of them will just give you standard "Please let us check and get back to you" without actually solving the problem .

WORST COURIER

Wow, failed delivery despite me being at home the entire day with the door open. Can the singpost get their courier to take photo proof of delivery attempt? Or is Singpost practicing working from home even with their delivery. Bunch of ghost

Delays, inefficiency, lacklustre service, awful, regret living in Singapore

my speedpost priority international package that i paid a lot of money for fast shipping from Japan is stuck at:

"Presented to relevant authority for screening"

these are designer clothes, if any damage or theft is made to the clothing i will seek legal action.

Japan Post quoted me two working days to receive, it has been many many many days after that ever since it was passed to singpost.

terrible mail service. it is unfortunate that many overseas mail services forward to this terrible and awful singpost service, really regret living in Singapore just to deal with this horrifyingly bad service.

Never call Singpost because their call…

Never call Singpost because their call centre is not based locally but in India. Whatever I asked, it's not answered to the point. If I have to deliver something, unfortunately, I need to use Singpost but if I have or anyone I know would prefer to use another postal service instead of Singpost, we will try to avoid it. Singpost....you can't win Singaporean's hearts again.

Speedpost Priority my ass.

Item via Speedpost Priority Intl marked as delivered, but there was no sign of delivery taking place even though someone was home. Have been waiting for the parcel for a few days so I was anticipating it, but there was no prior SMS notification as well so I could not add delivery instructions either. Item not received, naturally. Not in my apartment risers, not with my neighbours too. Live chat agent unable to provide proof of delivery, says there are data privacy concerns. I give the agent all my details as requested, expecting they will take the initiative to log a case. Tells me to send an email instead. Useless.

They dont call you when they would…

They dont call you when they would deliver. No time slot. Claim that company policy does not allow them to carry mobile phones. Dont have contactless policy. Chat is very inefficient. Customer officer does not have a clue. Need ti keep on repeating.

No flexibility to extend collection date on certain periods.

Speechless, made an appointment to collect passport on Thursday 28 December, but missed, called Singpost Customer Service to enquire when can I collect, was informed, Friday only until 1pm, Saturday not open due to New Years. The info for collection stated 4 days after missing the appointment date. Came to collect on Monday, instead told me my passport has been sent back to ICA, informed me Sunday is also counted as one day and its not even open according to its operation hours, no flexibility at all to extend for customers during this kind of periods😰😰😰

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Item received in SingPost Center on 6/12/21 and has been processing since (it is a speedpost btw). Sought help from their customer service platform on 13/12/21 and was told would receive a response in 3 days but to no avail. Contacted the customer service again on 16/12/21 and was told the packaging of the item was damaged which was the reason for the delay, but would proceed to deliver the item on my request. On 17/12/21, item was yet to be delivered, contacted them once again and was told the item was not damaged (even though the packaging was) and that the item will be delivered by 20/12/21. On 20/12/21, the item is still processing and not delivered. Contacted the customer service and was told the item was already on a chaser and the delivery team would dispatch the item within 2-3days. On 23/12/21, item is still not dispatched, contacted customer service in the morning and was told would be given a response by 6pm on the same day. No response was received. Gave the customer service another call and requested for a manager, was assured that the manager would give me a call by 8pm. No call received once again. Gave customer service after 8pm and was told I have to wait 1 working day to receive a call from the "escalation team". Customer Service officer also ended the chat box presumably because I demanded straight answers to which the customer service officer(s) have been unable to give.

Singpost or speedpost worst courier service

Singpost or speedpost they are the same and both are the worst in term of delivery. Their delivery system and management cannot be trusted. In their tracking system it state deliver today but expect to waited until night. Call their hotline countless times especially speedpost and you can expect no answer just a voice system stating the officers are busy. Are they really busy? only Speedpost will know. When finally you got through expect the service staff who had zero knowledge and understanding about your queries. Worst courier service ever encountered. Never entrust your parcel to such courier.
