Item dispatched from Singapore to New…

Item dispatched from Singapore to New Zealand on 4th of December 2021 and still hasn't arrived in NZ up to this day 21/12/2021. Surely it won't arrive because of Christmas season so it may took 1month for it. Very disappointing and taking high price fee for shipments that will not arrive on promised date. If you are saying from your website that you are anticipating delays, then please adjust your prices as the original prices are not worth the same service anymore.

Dear Directors and Management members, Please read.

Dear Singapore Post Directors and Management members, please check the following chat record of the customer support;

- My parcel was abandoned for more than 2 weeks at Singapore Post.
- After then they returned to the sender without consent.
- Customer support told me the reason was "missing delivery address on the parcel" but was a lie.
- The photo I got from the sender clearly shows my name and correct delivery address on the parcel.

[Timeline]
10-November-2021 Web page "Your item will be delivered within 3 working days"
25-November-2021 Customer support told me "Your item will be delivered within 3 working days", and I provided delivery address via chat. (After then it turned out the correct address was on the parcel already. Don't know why they asked me to provide delivery address.)
2-December-2021 Customer support told me "Your item has been returned to the sender"

DHL, UPS or ECMS are much much better. I have never encountered such trouble.

I ended up with ordering the same thing from Amazon.sg and arrived within 10 days. The delivery service was DHL.

-> 2022 January 25 confirmed refund from the shop

Poor Customer Services response on feedback on registered post was thrown on the wet floor.

Customer service officer Masitho wrote on the email reply on 18/11/2021 that
Please see attached photo of the item prior to delivery where we find that the envelope was not wet.
When I received a call back from Masitho today on 24/11/2021 on the matter.
Mashitho claimed that according to their investigation, the registered post was not wet when the postman threw the registered post into my house. She wanted me to show proof that it was a raining when the postman arrived at my door step.  She even told me that the postman is a old and experience staff who are familiar with his routine work.
I was sad to see Singpost customer service officer Miss Masitho who is too good in creating story one after another.  Masitho has gone too far from the main issue and she is implying that Singpost hold no responsibility if it is a good day and the registered letter is not wet.

Overcharging after 2 month

I use Singpost-Esaver through easyship.com on 26 Aug 2021 (SGD 3.73). I measured my box correctly, even put extra buffer both on the dimension and the weight. On 15 Oct 2021 they debited my card for additonal SGD 2.48 (66% more).
The actual dimension of my package was 1.09kg 31x40.5x7cm.
I declared 1.5kg 38.0x42.0x8.0cm. Total chargeable calculated by system was 2.554kg.
And SingPost charged me for 5.832kg without any proof at all. Just said that they use an audited machine and therefore cannot have mistake.
If you ship a lot, please double check your bill from time to time and beware of Singpost overcharging. Best, just change provider, they're not the cheapest anyway and not the fastest, too. I used them just to try out new service.
I have followed up this case from 4 Nov, with 4-5 times back and forth. They even confirmed my dimension, yet insisted that their charging is correct.
Take care.

Rubbish "courier" service, simply didn't turn up.

At this point is it even useful to leave another negative review for SingPost? LOL! What a joke!

I have a Speedpost pickup scheduled for 9 am to 6 pm today. It's 8:33 pm now, never came, no call to tell me they will be late, or will come tomorrow. Nothing. I called 3 different hotlines, held for 30 minutes for the first, and about 10 minutes for the other 2. Seem to all route to the same Indian offshore call center.

I stayed at home the whole day for nothing. There's no way to cancel the pickup, or to do anything. Can't even talk to anyone. Tomorrow I'll go down to the post office, they better accept the parcel, I'm not going to sit around indefinitely hoping something happens. This isn't a cheap service. It's their expensive courier service. They have no decency to call and update when they can't make the pickup window.

SingPost is widely regarded as the worst company in Singapore. Just a scan through this page tells you why. Or go to any of their channels, pick any random post and look at the comment thread. Just filled with complaints. There's even a Facebook page called "SingPost sucks", for people to vent.

Wake up your idea. So many years of this crap, and no desire to fix it. Start by moving your support center home. Those jokers in another country have no way to take any meaningful action, always just passing info to and fro the Singapore office.

Not tired of the embarrassment?

Package on road, bad customer service.

Usually, it is okay. But my package was recently found on the ROAD near my house. It was destroyed and probably run over by a car (as the box was crushed). This was an expensive item and the issue took 2-3 weeks to solve with them keep back and forthing through email. In the end the only conclusion they could give me was that they would send me a booklet of their stamps worth $9. My package was worth $100+.

Pigeons deliver small parcels faster and better than this

Singapore is a first world country with a national postal system rivaling that from a "caveman era". Website ezy2ship is a joke.. Poorly made for declaring international shipping regulations. I pity those ecommerce sellers who have to endure hours of frustration and madness due to incompetence of a national postal service.

Probably the worst

Probably the worst, inefficient and poor online post service in the world!!! My parcel from overseas landed Singapore one week ago and it takes two days to contact anyone from phone in Singpost to help. The waiting time to get any help from them makes you an idiot. Not sure if there is anyone running Singpost!!! Horrible!!! Gosh come on Singpost don't embarrass our great country Singapore!!!

Disappointed with Singpost for the entire 10 years

I lost so many normal mails and had so many mail delays that I developed a phobia whenever I shop online so i have to resort to using Singpost. The worst of all is that i dont know where to complain to, i understand if its just one mail lost once in awhile; but its so horrible that i already lost 2 mails within 2 months.... what should i do? Should I waste my time to call them? I already wasted so much time waiting for my parcel, I'm someone who dont complain much about singapore, but this i really cannot stand anymore. I am so so so afraid of singpost now, have never been so disappointed

This always happens.

This always happens.
1. Receive a failed delivery notice from the sender
2. Referred to singpost tracking
3. Says failed delivery, left slip under door (never happens

Really horrendous service quality. They should be fined millions. CEO should be sacked and replaced.

WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst courier service ever in a efficient country. Tried to do self collection yet not able to do so. I thought qexpess/janio was bad, this is far worst. At least qexpess/janio will call/drop a text upon arrival/fail delivery.. Singapore Post doesn't even do that. Pls improve ur customer service online and over the phone.
