Terribly disappointing
Terribly disappointing. More than 60 days and they still cannot find my package to be delivered to the US. I will never use them again. Tracking number is given but you cannot track it. Only shows when it left Singapore. After that its in limbo.
Worst customer service in the world…
Worst customer service in the world because they outsource everything to India.
Singpost service is the most dreaded…
Singpost service is the most dreaded among all the local delivery services I have encountered. Whenever I see that my parcel is handled by singpost I will fret over not being able to receive it.
Firstly, there is no notification of when the parcel is arriving at my doorstep. The only information is "out for delivery" and I am supposed to wait for the parcel at home the whole day, no need to work. Other providers will give me an SMS, WhatsApp, telegram, Facebook message or email to inform me that my parcel is now at my doorstep and I can select to have the parcel left in the riser outside my flat, at my own risk. This is fine for me since I can get my relative to collect the parcel if I can't be home immediately. Singpost doesn't have this service and also does not allow change of delivery address.
I understand if Singpost cannot provide this service, so I called up twice. First time was to request for parcel to be self collected at the post office. I was told that this was unnecessary as my parcel can fit into my letterbox. Relieved upon hearing this, as previously I also received a parcel through letterbox. However, upon reaching home after work, I saw the missed delivery notification at my doorstep. So I made a second call to enquire. I was really frustrated when told I can only self collect after the 3rd attempt. But eventually the service staff helped arrange for self collection after some pleading. But to my horror, the status of my parcel was never "awaiting self collection". It was a second "failed delivery attempt"! The first call gave me wrong information, the second call didn't manage to help me with self collection arrangement.
This is not the first time I have encountered Singpost horror service. Previously I didn't even receive any delivery notification and I totally missed my parcel until the sender informed me of it. No email or SMS notification. Perhaps the paper notification loosely tucked in a gap at the gate had flown away. At this day and age, no electronic notification!
Then there was another time when I was at home, the doorbell didn't ring and when I exit from my house, I saw a missed delivery notification. The postman had arrived and left when I was at home all the time!
I really wish I can request my sender to not use Singpost. Unfortunately I was told the Royal mail from UK will just handover to local delivery provider and I cannot special request for my selected provider. This is most frustrating. So singpost gets the business even though it is the most inefficient.
Ignoring Safe Management Measures
All other couriers have been quick to adopt contactless deliveries in these times of Covid-19, but not Singpost. Each time a delivery is made by Singpost, I'm thrust with a mobile device to sign and enter my name. God knows how many hands that thing has gone through. I pity the delivery person making her rounds. She's being unnecessarily exposed to risks and consequently all Singpost customers as well. The relevant authorities should look into this and fine Singpost for not implementing Safe Management Measures.
Dont trust your order on singpost
Dont trust your order on singpost. They said your order delivered but i haven’t received yet. Bad service..liar!!!
Singpost has the worst courier service…
Singpost has the worst courier service in Singapore. All my online orders which are using SingPost face delay. The Singpost tracking app is useless, it is never accurate….really disappointing
Not flexible and difficult to revive parcel
Cannot arrange delivery days or have parcel left outside house. Only deliver before 6 pm on weekdays and cannot choose days, they deliver on random days and times and will send parcel to return address if you are not in when they deliver.
Singpost
Singpost, you truly never fails in disappointing people. Never has i expected service standards has dropped to such an ultimate level. On the failed delivery date, sent an email and auto reply got to wait 3 days, went to the online chat the next morning, cso promised to look into the case and expedite my redelivery. Next, received an email from seller saying you guys returned the parcel. Wrote another 2 emails asking why and how to resolve, demanding a call back, and you simply ignored it and sent a sms and said you already returned package to seller expecting me to just accept this resolution and keep quiet. Job excellently done indeed! Wondering what kind of customer service protocols you have.
I rlly don't understand the negative…
I rlly don't understand the negative reviews, i've used Singpost for rlly long and they almost never lose my stuff, even with non tracked shipping.
Absolute Disappointing Service By Singpost
Such a shame for representing Singapore! They can't even do a simple job. No point having a feedback form in the first place if you're not going to do anything about it! I would avoid you at all cost if I had the choice.
So this was what happened. The unit number of my house was incorrectly written on the package. Upon realising it, I wrote in to Singpost the day after the sender had posted my items via normal post to inform them of the error. They sent an email and sms stating that they would revert to me within 3 business days. Total BS! I had to call in because they didn't keep to their promise. Spoke to a customer service officer who informed me that I had to pay $21.40 just to retrieve the package if they were unable to deliver it as the package would go back to the office where all the undelivered packages are sent to. What he said was inconsistent with what all the customer services wrote in their emails to me. They said that since it's a normal mail, they couldn't track the package. Yes, I fully understand that but in the first place, I had informed them of the issue much earlier and had even given them all the necessary details including picture of the package sent by the sender. The mistake was just in the last digit of my unit number. Furthermore, the unit number that's written on the package didn't exist in my block. If they had bothered to read my email, they could have contacted me to seek verification that I was the receiver. I've furnished them with the sender's and my address and contact numbers but it's of no use. So I wrote in to them again about the bad experience I had. They offered to give me 2 free booklets of stamps as a compensation which I turned down. I don't want the freaking stamps, I want my items which cost so much more that the stamps!!! Arghhh...I replied to their email and today, I received their reply from a different customer service stating the same thing as per the other customer services' emails to me. It's obviously a case of cut and paste! So unprofessional and inefficient!!! I'm so pissed and frustrated with their nonsense!!! I wonder what they are going to do with all the undelivered items if they can't be bothered to assist customers with their lost packages. Looks like I would never be able to get my items!!! :( :(
Singpost is the worse postal service I…
Singpost is the worse postal service I have experienced and my item is lost and they even have a case with me and I have to keep on calling and going through from different agent to agent and it super annoying that all your agent I have to keep on explaining the situation all over again. You not tired I f**** damn tired and okay.
They outsource the customer service to…
They outsource the customer service to overseas. Poor customer service support. I have 5 mails missing. No insurance nothing.
Worst courier service
Worst courier service. Not recommended. I ordered two separate item from the same merchant in overseas on the same day and time. After a week in transit it reached singpost and from their tracking system both items are out for delivery. Unfortunately I only received one item at home, the other one was unsuccessful. I called their customer service and explain that I was at home all day. So they attempted 2nd delivery the following day, unfortunately its unsuccessful again with a note on singpost tracking that the address is unavailable. Im staying in a condo with proper address stamp on my item and told the customer service that why your delivery guys not bother to call the recipient. Why other small courier service have a proper realtime tracking system and even calling the recipient that they arrive at the location. Such a shame.
Paid 75SGD to send A4 envelope with 5…
Paid 75SGD to send A4 envelope with 5 page doc inside from singapore to solicitor in UK. Needed quick delivery hence there most pricey and quickest option. Well quess what, Singpost failed to collect as per booking online order. When I contacted them, told I would have to wait 2 days for collection. Collection was now over for the day. Told no refund and tough. I stated I made the booking early morning and had not left my property awaiting collection. Person would not state if their system showed any collection attempt which would be a lie if it did.
First and last time I ever use them. Appalling service.
Idiotic! Horrible service
Idiotic!
i was directed to self collect my parcel from the "nearest" post office.
There were 3 other post office , that were both nearer by car , as well as walking distance from my home- ion orchard, killiney and novena. you'd think singpost would assign me to either of the 3..NOPE!....they assigned me to tanglin postoffice which is much further away!! And when i complained to customer service n requested for reassignment, even showing them on google map, the distance. Singpost refused me and said it could not be done. Basically, telling me to suck it up and suffer.
What is IDA doing about this? Should take away Singpost monopoly. Its a disgrace to Singapore to have Singpost.
Worst delivery ever do not use
Worst delivery ever do not use
Damaged my parcel
Give the typical sorry we can't do anything excuse
Useless hope u get fined and close down
Just terrible
Terrible counter service, they try to make you pay for the most expensive and extra mailing options and mailing materials. Had to mail some swabs and got a letter of declaration from the company, it was a very very small padded envelope that could've been settled by regular put in mailbox mail but they forced me to take EMS and buy a cardboard box off them even though my envelope is already padded. I paid $100+ for something that should've been charged only a few dollars. Ridiculous hard selling service! Furthermore it took forever to get the envelope checked. I stood 1h at the counter waiting for that one lady to confirm that it was not dangerous goods DESPITE it already being declared by a LICENSED company. Absolutely disgusted that this is our country's most accessible courier service.
Stupid
They cannot put riser nvm. Thn they dont even bother to call when they arrive how we know what time they gonna come? Knock the door also knock so soft. At least give us a call or text message. 3rd time missed thn whose fault? Shopee and ezbuy does a 100% better job than them.
Totally hopeless
Totally hopeless. Indicated that items are shipped to destination but status stay inactive for days. When checked with customer service, was told item still in transit but cannot see where is item now.
Singpost ranks the worst…
Singpost ranks the worst in terms of service and customer care. If you purchase online product please do not choose singpost as your delivery agent. They adapt a system whereby they are unable to leave your parcel at doorstep, they also have a policy that they could only wait at your door for 45seconds max and will not wait further than that. I have ageing mum at home who is unable to walk fast and singpost left a note to say they miss attempted delivery but unable to reach the person at home. After their 3rd 'attempt' item was send back to sender causing delay in me receiving my purchase. Why even would they pick up the item from the seller when then are unable to provide service?? If this is their policy then they shouldn't deliver during the day. Just wait till everyone is home at night.
