I never had a parcel delivered properly by SingPost. The parcels either arrived in tatters, sent to the wrong home or went missing. As reported by local news several times, SingPost delivery people ar... See more

very misleading
horrible experience. website sent a nofitication twice about parcel being out for delivery, one at 9.45am and another at 7.37pm. but then, nothing came. wait until 9.45pm also nothing. then checked the website, it said that deliveries are until 6pm only. so like the website itself doesnt tally?? if the last delivery is at 6pm why is there a notification at 7.37pm saying that the parcel is out for delivery? and like at least show where the person is la, whether there is even hope of receiving the parcel on that day. if cannot, then at least notify the customer that it cannot reach in time la.
Easily one of the worst courier…
Easily one of the worst courier services i have ever seen.Offered me home delivery by 11/2/2021. Told me i could get my stuff faster if i opted for self collection, opted for self collection and they told me i could get it latest by 10/2/2021, didnt get it as well.
Customer service didnt even do anything as well, please reconsider their service thanks.
Ghost courier maybe
As an ecommerce operator, we’ve been using Qexpress for the longest time, so far so good, until one day I decided to give our local courier guy SingPost a try. Sent a few parcels but only 1 customer got their order. The rest were either sent to some PO Box or to the nearest post office for self collection. The thing is, all of these customers were working from home and there is simply no reason they are unaware of someone at the door. I also had a few personal experience when I was recipient of parcels. All the postman did was slip a notice outside my door and went off, when I was at home the whole day.
Sorry that even when I want to be nationalistic and support SingPost, i just can’t bring myself to use it again. Never ever use SingPost. Enough is enough!
My parcel was never delivered to me…
My parcel was never delivered to me even though it was stated online there were 3 unsuccessful deliveries, on a same day, which I sincerely chose not to belive.
True enough, upon checking from their end the customer service rep told me their delivery team had delivered the parcel to the wrong address, and there's nothing else they can do since they had sent the item back to the original merchant.
No refunds on the delivery fee, nothing else they said they could do so in short ask you to go settle this yourself even though they admitted this was their mistake.
This company representing Singapore as their postal service agent is seriously an embarrassment. The way they handle their process is unethical, dishonest and they should close down immediately.
worse mail service ever never ever use…
worse mail service ever never ever use singpost. Worse courier service. Bad customer service. Lost mail so easily. Disgrace to be the main courier service in singapore. Even ninja van, j&t does it better.
CouriersPlease (CP) is a wholly owned…
CouriersPlease (CP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Post. I had the recent misfortune of buying a product in Adelaide, South Australia to be shipped to Perth, Western Australia. The computer I bought was upifted by CP on 13 December 2020. It is now 5 January 2021 and still CP cannot tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered. It was scheduled to be delivered on 23 December, needless to say it never arrived.
CP is by far the worst courier company in Australia in my view. I would never recommend anyone use CP and I will always ask now the question of sellers to make sure they do not use CP for my items.
Singapore Post should be ashamed to have CP as a subsidiary, but looking at their own review on trust pilot maybe it is a case of the subsidiary behaving like the parent.
Both companies should be ashamed and grossly embarrassed by their lack of service, unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism.
Totally terrible processes and service
Totally terrible processes and service. Would gladly pay 2-3x their rates just to avoid them if I could. Please improve your company
tons of lost mails
BAD BAD POST OFFICE, VERY VERY BAD
3 separate parcels were claimed by Singpost to have been delivered to me on the 23rd of November, 2020, but I not only did not get them at all, but complaints to Singpost remain unattended, no followups, nothing. I do online chat with their Indian call center, get promised their manager will email me, but week past and still not a word. I can't get a refund from the sellers at Aliexpress, as their records reflect that Singpost has delivered the items to me, and yet I got NOTHING. I hear this is typical, even more so, when they lie to you about investigating the case. Now I know to avoid using singpost for any orders I place online. EVER. Even if couriers cost more, it is FAR better than to pay for things that will never be yours, because Singpost throws them away, or steals them, and then say they gave them to you already. Bad show from a VERY BAD COMPANY.
failing to deliver
Failed to Deliver
I live in Western Australia and we are having similar problems with Courier Post which is owned by Singapore Post. In particular failure to deliver and poor customer service. This my experience dealing with them so far:
A package was sent from the UK (via Skynet) for deliver by Courier Please. The Courier Please tracking details are as follows:
23 Oct 2020 10:30 am 6041 (perth) 1 item has been picked up
29 Oct 2020 4:16 pm 6058 (perth) 1 item has been transferred to run 6033
Despite numerous phone calls to both Skynet and Courier Please the package has yet to be delivered.
Delivery is very late My goods have…
Delivery is very late My goods have been stopped in Singapore for a month. I recommend that you never use this courier.
I received an unsuccessful delivery…
I received an unsuccessful delivery attempt notice without any option for me to do self pick up. There is neither any information on sender details or tracking number. I was wondering what this parcel is as I have a few parcels arriving by post. The delivery notice only states that there will be another 2 more delivery attempts before the items get sent back to sender. I am most frustrated by this condition. What does Singpost expect me to do? Risk not receiving my parcel or not to leave my house for work and essentials in order not to miss my parcel delivery? This is really bad service. I paid for the delivery of the item and yet I have to risk not receiving my parcel in the event that I am unfortunate enough not to be around 3 times when the postman arrives. Why is there no option to self-collect at post office? If it is due to covid19, why can't I pick up at one of the singpost lockers? Why is Singpost service always so bad compared to other delivery companies?
Never Singpost unless no options
Singpost used to be ok but now it is the worst, even the sun you and China post is more reliable now. Packages seems to dissappear and not delivered. Something is very wrong and the authorities seem to turn a blind eye. if you want your items delivered, don't use singpost.
I believe the post service is in a…
I believe the post service is in a mess. Today, I found a registered post in my letter box which I believe should be hand delivered and wonder what SingPost’ reason for placing it in the letter box without acknowledgment. Can SingPost explain
Think SingPost is just a complete mess…
Think SingPost is just a complete mess in a way they are dealing with doorstep delivery!!
Doing on normal workingdays office hours with no head-up notification always a failure...
You dont do such delivery n hopeful theres a household members inside
To make it worse, this period of testing time due to Covid19..receiver unable to do self-collection
Who SingPost trying to kid around?
Afraid of having in-contact with this virus, but expect household members to be around for doorstep delivery!!
they sucks a lot
Their tracking website sucks. My package still stuck in the post office until this day from China since EARLY SEPTEMBER
From now on I'll pay a $30 delivery for my $20 item. Beats using Singpost
Years ago in 2016 my item from overseas was held in transit for a month; it was worth S$140. Tracking on the package didn't mean anything as it still took 4+ weeks to be sent to me. Since then I've always opted for other couriers.
This time round, I had no choice for expedited and had to rely on SingPost as the seller never provided such an option. As of today it's 5 days late and I've never been so eager to wish the worst upon this company. Look elsewhere folks, SingPost should never be trusted with any packages, period.
Tracking isn’t accurate but arrived
Tracking isn’t accurate, but my parcel did arrive safely after around a month. Customer service was pretty responsive!
Tracking doesn't work and slow in-island delivery
Tracking doesn't work. Amazingly slow delivery times for an island barely the size of some global cities.
