False expectation setting online.
They "advertise" there is an online chat service for support. Was put on the 1st round as #7 in line with a wait time of ~ 3 to 4 mins, eventually i waited for ~ 30mins to be on Queue #1, then it said it could not find a chat agent for me. Restarted the 2nd round, 15 persons in the queque with wait time of ~ 5 mins, it then extended to another 30mins wait, and now I am #5 in queque.
It looks like they have no regards for other people's time. If they cannot provide a service, then they should not say they have live chat agents 24/7! Promising and not meeting the promise is the worst any vendor or service agent can do! VERY dissappointed on SingPost's attitude. Question is why is there such attitude and such lousy service level. Ask the CEO and COO! The top management should be held responsible for such lousy service!

Not even worth a star. Send text delivery will be sent today. Cancelled all appointments and wait at home. Best never deliver and never call. What kind of service level? Customer service also never bother to check nor answer the chat.

Bad service EVER
Delivered the parcel at extremely late hours to the office. Failed to deliver it after promising a few times. Been calling Singpost Customer Service for days! They said will enlist my parcel as high priority but it’s a lie. What kind of service is this. If I could choose another delivery company, I would!

Singpost is a horrible carrier service. I am done with them. This isn't the first time they give trouble.
When the delivery cannot be delivered, they are not rescheduling, they automatically will have it returned to sender. They will not contact the receiver (no phone call or SMS). I saw that the delivery failed, and was in return process (but the item reached the post office nearby). So I contacted Singpost. They told me I can collect it from the post office, but I had to pay $21.40 to be able to collect the item. Other carrier services in Singapore will reschedule and inform you that they reschedule and liaise with the receiver. Singpost on the other hand.....
I was willing to go to the post office to collect the item instead of being delivered and I have to pay for that. What is this for ridiculous service?

Single Worst Courier Service
Single worst courier service you can find out there. The customer service is totally not being helpful. My parcel was oversize to fit into one of their POPStations, they sent me an sms informing to rearrange for another delivery, I replied the call within 10 minutes the sms was sent to me, and guess what, it took them 5 working days just to process my request and the parcel wasn't sent yet. They keep telling me that the case is under investigation, but what is there to investigate if the case is so clear and simple it can fit in their 30 word sms: 'due to item oversize to our POPStation, delivery of your package was unsuccessful'. This is simply the worst courier service there is in Singapore, and honestly this doesn't look like the postal service you will get in a first-world country the size of a small city. Any third world country courier service is way better than this.

Customer Service does not solve anything! For show only. Usual cut and paste answer and make you repeat everything you enquired initially.
Gave timeframe for delivery but did not adhere to the given time, making you wait whole day for it in vain.
Delivery sent at 1.30am and parcel left at the door without SMS or any notification.

Will give a zero if possible. Useless customer service, useless tracking system, parcels get returned and not delivered. Customer agents are essentially useless. Will not buy from companies that ship with singpost.

I sent a document using speedpost but the document ended up in 3rd party locker service! I contacted Singpost customer service and he replied that i opted for this service. In the 1st place, I did not choose this service. Neither the counter staff mentioned anything about it! The worst part is, the receiver needs to pay the locker fee for extended storage! What is wrong with Singpost nowadays?!

Dreadful. Slow and the tracking often doesn't even admit that Singapore Post even has the item. They once sent an item to a completely different country and lost track of it. Avoid if possible.

Bought a small item from Hong Kong on 30/6, delivery status shows onboard carrier stalled on 3/7. Enquired from SingPost to check on 21/7 giving LPXXXXXXXXXCN as item tracking number. SingPost staff replied on 24/7 at 19:46 telling me tracking number not found locally. Do you need me to teach you how to do your job??? If there's no star review, I would have selected that.

I contacted customer service and she said that $20 is required to retrieve the item.

If you don't believe my words, check at this the following tracking with cainiao the status of my shipment of an object purchased on April 22: EX217446296SG today is July 14 and it's all stopped, 3 months have passed! I wrote and chated almost daily with their bad customer service and to date they don't know where my 260 euro parcel is. I'm really shocked, these people should be reported for embezzlement.
Lousy staff services
Fed up with the non-delivery of my overseas parcel as both myself and the vendor has verified the shipping address provided is correct and complete (blk no, unit and floor no, postal code, road name and contact number has been stated clearly) yet my parcel is assigned incomplete address and it has been on the way back to airport waiting for return to the overseas sender in less than 24 hours. No phone call or text message or email by any staff for redelivery or self-collection at the nearest post office despite repeated online live chat with non-local CS agents and lodging feedback on the singpost website to intercept (no follow up despite their promise to do so in 24 hours). I have been waiting for my parcel for so long due to the global delays in view of COVID-19 development yet Singpost did a "FANTASTIC" job for returning my parcel to overseas vendor without any follow up at all.
My advice to anyone with online purchase, avoid using singpost at all costs. Fedex, DHL and TNT services are far more superior, reliable and accountable.
If your thinking of using Singapore post do yourself a favour and dont!
