Worst ever experience
Worst ever experience. I paid $25 for Speedpost Express of a 67 grams document, thinking that it would be in good hand to deliver to my agent in Msia. Ended up the document was signed by an unknown person named Adam, and my agent never received it. My enquiry to SingPost email was not responded, online customer service chat disconnected when I asked for follow actions. Seriously, this is beyond my imagination, I never know the service line in SG can be this lousy.

WORST postal facility..
This is actually the WORST postal company alive I had an order shipped out 3-4 months ago and still have not received anything they don't reply to your emails and the number they provide doesn't work in my country. The worst part is I paid for fast shipping which costed me an extra $20 on top of my order I expected my parcel to have been here months ago never using this service again.
Very lousy postal company
Very lousy postal company . Arranged to collect an item ,I actually called the hotline twice and given the reassurance that someone will drop by on the given time slot and in the end no one appeared. Called in again to check the status , promised to provide an update ,but didn't call back. Total call plus waiting time , more than 2 hrs. What a waste of time. Absolutely bad service, not reliable and zero accountability.
Lost Shipments. Very Slow and Unreliable.
As a wholeseller, It's important that a have at least a fairly reliable postage service, but 3 out of 5 shipments went missing with this carrier.They are not very helpful when making inquiries about your packages I will NEVER use them again.
Lost my package but told me deliverd
Lost my package but told me delivered when i called. First call said they already delivered it and told me to check with my family or wait a little longer. Second call after a week told them i still havent receive it, they said they will file a case report and get back to me in 3 days. After 5 days finally contacted me and said already delivered. I told them no i did not receive it. They said they have a picture of proof that is delivered and will email me within 1 week. After 1 week no emails and i called again, wanted to get a partial refund from the company i bought the item from since it’s $100+, the company told me to get a proof of undelivered mail from singpost and when i asked singpost they totally ignored my question and they said they will email me the proof of delivery again and have to wait another week. It’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. Stupid courier

absolutely horrible
absolutely horrible!!!!!!! they have already lost multiple of my packages. for the latest one they sent me a message saying that my package was delivered to my letterbox. when i checked, it was empty. i tried calling their service centre and was told to wait for an indefinite amount of time and i wasnt connected to anyone even after many calls. piece of advice for everyone: don't bother using the online chat service because they just cancel you when you reach the front after 30mins of waiting in the queue. no idea why they even bother having that platform since it's useless. where does all the lost mail go then? how much money is being lost by consumers? really a disappointment for a service that is so widely used.

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. I can honestly say one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Just horrendous. Tracking doesn't work, zero customer service and just plain dreadful. Avoid at all costs. If you buy from any vendor that uses them ... cancel the order.
Spent two days in their online queue…
Spent two days in their online queue system, about 6 hours in total waiting to speak to one person who then told me to contact them tomorrow. The queue simply cancels on you once you get to number 1 in line.
When I told them about the problems I was having trying to reach someone, they just said thanks, they would make a note of it for feedback.
Shouldn't be allowed to use the Singapore name, let's the country down.
SingPost, where's my doc???
I sent an important document oversea on 23 April and now it is 20 May, with no sign of it being sent. A proceeding that should take place at least a week ago could not commence due to this missing document... what an incompetence!
Tracking system says it is still in despatch mode to the country. I patiently waited for the time lapse (14 WD) to enquire on the item but instead it asks for personal information, indemnifies itself for another 60 days (what!!!) and it has the audacity to ask for another $10 for proof of delivery! What kind of enquiry system is this? Another useless feature was the lady who Hey me but gave a typical robotic answer.
I had thought that this is SingPost so why not. And now this has become my biggest regret of 2020. To others, please read this as well as others before contemplating SingPost service.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, even for domestic deliveries. I ordered a door-to-door delivery service on a Saturday, arranging for the parcel ambassador to pick up my parcel on Monday and have it delivered by Wednesday. Payment and all has already been made. It is now Wednesday when I'm writing this and the parcel is still awaiting collection. Horrible service, and no solution made even though I've contacted customer service multiple times.
International disgrace
I'd give this zero stars if I could. I've had packages delayed by SingPost before the COVID-19 outbreak, but they generally arrived, albeit extremely late. COVID-19 has just made a poor performing logistics company one of the absolute worst. I fail to understand how an AliExpress package departed China on April 10 and then disappears; when I key in the tracking number into the SingPost website I get a message saying I've tried checking too many times (on my first attempt)? This is one package. I have other packages from AliExpress and from other countries that are similar stuck in limbo, probably languishing in a SingPost warehouse somewhere a few kilometres away from my home. And don't get me started on how SingPost employees try to flog you insurance when you need to queue up to actually collect a package at a SingPost branch. SingPost, please get your act together. Singapore is one of the smallest countries on earth, how difficult is it to deliver a package from one point to another? You're an international disgrace worthy of third-world status.

Singapore post must be the worst shipping company on the planet, I had a package arrive in SG from Hong Kong on the 4th may, since then it has not moved, several other people I am in contact with have the same problem, did an online chat with Singpost, result we haven't got it, talk to the sender in Hong Kong, I had another package from Hong Kong sent several days after this one , the sender used Royal Mail, it's being delivered tomorrow, so fail to see why SG post find it so difficult to supply the same level of service... How can a country known for efficiency be so inefficient.....Ali Express if I was you I would sell my shareholding in this underperforming company asap
Worst logistics company ever
Using tracked package but Put wrong unit number on the address then the package sent back to sender without any call from postman at all. Try to retrieve it but will b charged $22 which is even more expensive than delivery fee itself. Crazyyyy....
Singpost system suck better use other courier services, even other big developing country hv better logistics system than singpost
If you are shipping items overseas
If you are shipping items overseas, you are better off using another service or physically delivering the items yourself. This is the single worst shipping service I have ever used, in any country. My packages have been missing for 3 months now and customer service is 100% useless. I would never use Singapore Post again. Horrible, horrible experience.

Singpost is such an irresponsible postal service.i understand that during this covid season and circuit breaker,postal are greatly affected,but i does not make any sense that a simple letter posted from australia took more than a month to arrive,yet not received...nobody knew if it was lost or simply chucked into some corners????????simply spoilt my days and added lots of unecessary stress to me...sucks
