First aid at work re qualification warwick racecourse
The course was very informative even for myself who has been a first aider for nearly 30 years .
The course pace was just right and the trainer very knowledgeable and set a nice atmosphere for everyone to relax and take in all the information.

For his age, his skills, knowledge and presentation of the topics were outstanding, by far the best first aid course I have ever been on. I was required to undertake a first aid…
I was required to undertake a first aid course with St John's Ambulance through work. I've never done one before so I was a little nervous. I attended SJA in Accrington and our trainer Michael was fantastic. I found it really interesting and feel confident that if I come across any of the situations we were trained for that I could competently handle it until emergency services arrived.

I enjoyed the RFAW course at Millbrook - Thanks Linda!!
I enjoyed the RFAW course at Millbrook on 24th and 25th September.
Linda Jamson was a fantastic trainer. She was knowledgeable, approachable and engaging throughout the two days, and made the course feel relaxed while still making sure we understood the important information and practical skills.
Linda explained everything clearly, encouraged questions and gave us plenty of opportunities to practise. Even when covering more serious subjects, she kept the sessions interesting and made everyone feel comfortable getting involved.
I came away feeling much more confident in my first aid knowledge and in my ability to respond if I ever needed to put it into practice.
A worthwhile two day refresher and a big thank you to Linda for delivering an enjoyable and informative course.

One of the best trainings I've ever had
This was honestly one of the best training sessions I’ve ever attended!
There were so many practical activities - drawing, explaining, sharing ideas and matching images -which made the training really engaging. The time just flew by, and I found it both informative and enjoyable.
I also just wanted to say a huge thank you to Paul for being such an amazing trainer. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, while making the training enjoyable and easy to follow. He was very friendly and approachable, and made everyone feel included, comfortable and reassured throughout the session.

Recently done a workplace first aid course in Accrington with Mike H and it was amazing. Mike was helpful and kept the class enjoyable. After listening to my colleagues experiences recently im glad I did mine with mike. 100% I would recommend everyone needs to sit this course. Thanks for the laughts and the life long knowledge, it was a huge eye opener.
