I would give minus stars but I can't

Rude STAFF on chat told me to be quick as he finishes work in 25 minutes.

Completely rude unhelpful and could not help in the slightest kept telling me to speak to equinox who was rejecting my agreement even though I already have 2 mobiles with them.

Please avoid this poor customer service company like the plague. No supervisor managers are at work so can't speak to them asked them to call me they said we don't call customers at all you ring us.

Never again will I use this company there crap 💩 and I really mean this

Not recommend, better offers and service with other providers

Been trying to get a PAC code from Sky for about a week now.
Tried to get contact details for them on their website but the site just sends you round in circles. Terrible website, not user friendly.
Due to the poor customer services, long contracts, price increases during contracts and quite high prices, I would not recommend Sky to anyone.
You can get better and cheaper monthly contracts with other companies.

Phone Exchange

I returned my Z Fold 4 to swap for a iphone 16 and was offered £490 which would pay off the remaining amount of the contract. My old phone was immaculate and yet they detected a problem and halved the offer. They expected me to pay the remainder. Phone returned, contract cancelled. They are crooks. Avoid.

Leaving Sky was the best decision I made!

I left Sky mobile recently and I couldn't be happier! Sky mobile have the worst signal of all the UK networks by far, if you're not on WiFi then you just can't guarantee a stable data connection anywhere. Going to a new network has been so refreshing, I can now actually use my phone as it was designed!

I was also at boiling point with Sky customer services, not only can you not call and talk to a human without 5 hours of digging round the internet for a number; but when I did speak to someone, I was passed between about 5 representatives before anyone could actually help me. I used to work for Sky (not mobile thankfully) and it was NEVER that bad in my day, cost cuttings gone insane.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! You can only really judge a company when there are problems. Somehow my sky account was hacked and mobile phones were purchased. Although it was cancelled the whole process was shocking and all I have received is an email saying they are now cancelled. No call to inform me my account is now secure again or any word from them. Customer services is primarily foreign and you can’t understand them. As soon as the current mobile I have runs out I will never go back

Sky Mobile - rude and no loyalty from Customer Loyalty Team member "Derek"

Appalling customer service from Sky Mobile Customer Loyalty team. Received the renewal of three sim's this morning which Sky Mobile is doubling the price for!
If I stay at the same price they want me to drop to 10GB a month from 50GB. Called to discuss the plans and explained the other service providers prices to be told abruptly"Sky don't price match"! This was followed by "Derek" calling me confrontational and rude because I quoted another service provider's prices and deals and would not give him the name (he can do his own research like I have), whilst all I was trying to do is get the cost down in these hard times! Told me that these deals are for new sim's and new numbers only - I explained that I had researched this before my call and I can port my numbers across. Rude and not willing to help loyal Sky customers. How is discussing the deal confrontational? Did not even give me prices! Why does Sky have a Customer Loyalty Team when they don't care and have no interest in retaining the customer?
Am moving the Mobile contracts to another service provider, I have the PAC codes and cancelling TV contract. NO MORE SKY FOR ME.
Sky's stupidity and complacency will be its downfall!
Employing staff in customer services who make it their personal goal to not listen to the customer, not answer questions, not disclose prices, not believe other service providers are cheaper and then turn the blame on the customer is called "THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY TEAM"!

I was charged by Sky Mobile

I was charged by Sky Mobile - £47.73 for a 10 minute phone call to USA. The most I should have been charged based on their standard tariff table is £1.75 per minute, even £1.75 is way above what other mobile companies charge for phone calls from UK to USA. I have 4 x mobile phone contracts, sky tv and broadband with sky, all will be cancelled, support was ridiculous, 2 hours to tell me the above.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, atrocious and unprofessional. They advised something and in the background they do something else sending my name to collection agency while I informed them about my temporary situation.

Pity there is not a zero rating for…

Pity there is not a zero rating for this company! I have had the misfortune to have had dealings with Sky for 9 years now and become a Platinum member? Whatever that gets you? Not much apparently, two years ago while talking to a sky salesperson I mentioned my phone being a problem, immediately I was advised they had the right phone for me and would send it overnight post. The phone was a basic Samsung Galaxy A34 phone valued at around £130-£150 pound. I have been charged £22 pounds every month for two years now and Sky are still after a further £157-00 that makes a total of £685 for a phone costing £150-00?… NO agreement was ever signed by me and no financial breakdown given?? They are now threatening me with collection agents because I have missed one payment? I am a 74 year old pensioner and cannot afford these amounts but also find SKY has moved all its customer services to India??? You just cannot deal with them in the uk!

Could do a 0 star because they were lying. While purchasing the table in website it did not show anything about the RAM and rang the customer service advisor for enquiring and he confirmed it is 8gb and when I received it showed 4gb. And they said it supports esim which they gave me QR code to activate the sim when I am trying to activate. It won't support the esim.

Sky Mobile Staff are deliberately stupid

I requested a PAC code on 19th April 2025 so after that Sky bill for a full month despite the number porting a few days later and well before the billing end date. Try and get your money back....well you can try. The chat staff are deliberately stupid and keep asking the same question every few minutes like for example "did you request a PAC code because you were thinking of moving network?" No of course I requested a PAC code just to pass away some time. It must be Sky policy for their staff to be deliberately imbacilic. If not then they should sack the lot and start again.

Luckily after 3 years of signal issues…

Luckily after 3 years of signal issues my contract has ended and I'm moving to a new provider.

I've worked Nationwide and Sky Mobile is shocking pretty much everywhere.. I've spent best part of 3 years complaining and although customer service can see my roll over piggy bank is stacked due to not being able to use it they've never offered money back or discounts for the unavailable service I was paying for they chose to use excuses like sending a new sim then saying my handset might be damaged

I'm a VIP with sky and I love there TV packages but please stay clear of there Mobile services if you want to actually use your phone

sky mobile upgrade fraudsters

I have to say that sky has never been an issue with me. All their services have been spot on and perfect UNTIL? I just did a upgrade check and I was OK to go ahead so I decided I would look at iPhone 16 pro. At the end of checkout it asks if you want sky to buy back the old phone. My old phone is 3 months old s24 and sold to me by SKY! so to get my valuation ticked all the boxs for a phone in perfect condition. Guess the offer back on the phone? £163.00. Yes £163 I can hear blood pressure rising and quite a strong belief that SKY is deliberately ripping off their long time time dedicated loyal customers, to make a Fagans profit!! I can honestly say that is robbery and it should be reported yo the police as robbery!! I worked out they offer back the payment amounts you made against whats left to pay. Given in the last 10 years I have always paid off my phones early and kept using them on sky. I have however been with sky over 20 years. Like I say I have had no issue with sky and service has been at a level of perfect in my experience. But to offer me £163 for a phone they sold me 3 months ago at £803? Are you taking the mick?? It's insulting and it's absolutely bloody greed. So I think I may sell this phone privately and buy the iPhone somewhere else slightly cheaper than sky! I know sky always sells slightly overpriced phones but being I know sky and the service was always good I was prepared to pay that small premium. Now I'm questioning why I should give my loyalty to a company that wants to rip me off in return for that loyalty. Not good SKY MOBILE, you need to redesign your logo to highwayman turpin on his horse taking a customer service call for you.

Awful

Awful!
Firstly no or bad coverage almost everywhere.
Secondly, I was mugged in London in December and used my partners phone to call sky to report stolen phone. The call agent made it so hard for me to report it, then started giving me a sales pitch to sell me another phone. I called and complained about this and the call handler told me he would close the complaint but it didn’t mean close it it just ment he was passing it over…… lies. I called back after 2 month of no contact and was told it was closed as I had agreed to it.
Raised it again and now receiving emails stating sky are trying to contact me by phone (no missed calls) and I need to contact them to discuss…. The letter has no contact number on it.
Sky you are ment to be better than this 🥺

Absolute rubbish coverage even in some…

Absolute rubbish coverage even in some larger cities, I swapped from VF and was assured that the coverage would be just as good with Sky mobile. To my cost it has been anything but useless. My roll-over data is now over 500gb after 5 months basically as I can't get a reasonable data signal anywhere in the city where I live. So the roll over data is totally useless if you can't get a signal in the first place. I am going to pay the contract up and revert back to my old provider VF asap. I suggest other people do the same.

Faulty item no repair

Sent my ipad off as it was still under warranty for the problem i had.
Took 4 attempts to get the packaging sent out to me ( over a month and a half to sort out )
I then sent the ipad to them and got told it was fixed.
Fast forward less than a month and issue is back. I got in touch and man on phone said couldn’t book it in as on his screen it still said it was in progress from the last time “ it got fixed” said he would get it sorted his end and knocked off so he could then phone me back and sort another repair out … that was two weeks ago and i have not had a phone call yet.
It’s just a big shambles. Obviously i think they are trying to wait till June as thats when my years warranty is up.
