Disappointing lack of fragrance …
I was expecting amazing things from these steamers but there is barely any smell. I was under the impression that they are best placed in the steam not in the water so I placed it in a small soap dish on the edge of the bath and turned the shower on hot to create steam before I got in and nothing happened so I dripped on a few drops of water and although they fizzed up a little I could hardly smell anything just a faint smell that was immediately overpowered by the smell of my very subtle smelling shower gel. I’m disappointed as the one box was a gift for a friend.

For best results, shower steamers should be placed on the floor of the shower but away from the direct water stream, in an enclosed shower space where steam can build up. This helps activate the fizz and allows the fragrance to circulate more effectively.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us understand how our products are being used and where we can improve.

Poor communication on delivery, and time ad product a disappointment. Shower steamers-they barely release any aroma, far from the description!

Domed eyemasks are wonderful
Products I ordered arrived prompt and well packaged. My masks are so comfortable and good quality. They are lovely. The dome shape protects my eyelashes and is so comfortable to sleep in.
