I wish I’d read these reviews before making an order. Paid for an order back in March, I’ve heard nothing, without so much as an acknowledgement of the four emails I’ve written to them. They’re happy to send me marketing emails though. Avoid like the plague, don’t waste your time.

Ordered a product from their website 3/1. Website says products ship in 3-5 days. I waited 5 weeks no correspondence. Finally started reaching out daily and finally got a response after I reported them for fraud to my cc company. Still have no product and still out my money. It’s been 7 weeks now I would avoid this company!

Very very bad service. I ordered a skin, now 2 moths ago. After 1 month I was wondering what's the status of my order. So I wrote an email, that's 2 weeks ago already today.

This website is scam!! I ordered laptop skin but I haven’t received my order and after 2 months I disputed through PayPal so with in 24 hours they submitted tracking number on PayPal dispute center and when I received my package it wasn’t laptop skin
Received nothing, no response and deleted account
Still haven’t received my order, it’s been 2 months already. Emailed them multiple times, but no response. Just tried to log in to check if my order status was updated. Seems like they’ve deleted my account. Worst company ever.
Wish I could give them negative stars
Wish I could give them negative stars! Ordered wrap beginning of Jan. It is now mid march and still nothing! Emailed 3 times and each time was told I could wait a little longer or I could request a refund, I requested a refund and have still not received anything! And to top it all off I can't even log into my account to check my order or anything, think they deleted my account!
Worst customer service experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever. I have previously used this company and had a good customer experience. I placed my order 12/31/21 and have yet to receive any sort of update. All of my requests to contact have only been answered by automated replies stating "shipment times may be extended 1-2 weeks" and that "response times are 7-10 business days" it has been 11 weeks. If you are that behind, clearly state it on your website that orders may take 3 months or more to process.
Nothing more to add really, just stay away
After reading all the reviews with 1 star I kind of feel happier that my package hasn't arrived 2 months in and I'm not the only one haha. You are better off with any other brand to be honest never ever ordering from them again
International orders, the absolute worst.
Most reviews here show that even locally in the US Slickwraps are absolutely terrible at their job. In my case, you can only imagine as I am from Asia. Oh btw, they don't do international tracking.
Same experience as everyone else who reviewed. It's been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my order and when you reach out to them, you have a better chance of Jesus getting in touch with you.
Seriously, just don't. Stay far, far away from this company.

The worst. Get ready to wait months and have an over all horrible experience. Wish I looked up the reviews before going down this road. At this point I don’t even care about the money, I just want to be rid of these people and anything associated with the word “Slick”
NOT Recommended, Bad customer service & quality
Ordered on Nov 9th 2021 received on Feb 28th Almost 4 months later! (with no option to cancel the order) This is a really bad service. The product is well cut with the correct dimensions but the material they use is of low quality: the texture of the vinyl does not have good definition and traps air in the installation and it is impossible to remove the bubbles without lifting it again, deforming it in the process I do NOT recommend this product neither for quality nor for customer service.
Less than 1 star--Terrible!
If I could give a less than 1 star, I wouldOrdered a clear/no customization needed wrap on 1/21/22. Asked about order status on 2/8/22. Not a nice little form email and then they continued to ignore me. Submitted another ticket on their website canceling my unfilled order. Got another vague auto-response same verbiage as before. "EXPECT RESPONSE TIME TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED STAFF & HIGHER VOLUMES OF EMAILS COMING IN." How many times am I supposed to swallow that line?

Yeah orders my product two months ago took the money out of my account then never sent me my item contacted support they say due to Covid some product might take up to two weeks to process purchased 1/2/22 it’s currently 2/21/22 and just received a response to my email I sent weeks ago asking for a status update saying the order is still processing what a joke this company got me for my 10 don’t let them get you I hope people see this and stop buying items they will never receive and make this company go outta business
