Very fast and good service fair price

Excellent customer service. Dropped my gaming laptop off in the morning which had been experiencing power/ charging issues, and received a phone call a few hours later to say it had been fixed and was ready for collection! Will definitely use again for anything computer related.

I contacted Smart Computers recently to make me a bespoke PC, as they've made all of mine for the past 15 years, maybe longer now. Once again, I have a computer which is not just a work of art, but very fast and functional. They never fail to deliver and PCs are always ready quicker than I can think possible.
I rely on my PC for my business as well as my personal requirements, so being able to specify exactly what I want and need from the computer is critical and having faith in the hardware and that it'll last a few years is also very important.

Very helpful and friendly. Although clearly knowledgeable about computers they don't "talk down" to someone who is less expert. I would recommend them.

Great service - very helpful

When my previous PC packed in, there was only one shop that appeared on Google search that looked like they knew their stuff, and my hunch was right.

The staff member there was extremely helpful and knew how to help me create a brand new custom PC from the ground up; providing me with suggestions and qoutations breaking down all the part costs each time.

The PC was built within 5 working days, just in time for my birthday, and it has been running perfectly since I set it up. Came with Win11 and Norton, too.

My computer had died and needed to be replaced. Smart Computers offered me a choice of a refurbished computer or a new computer at very competitive prices. I opted for a refurbished system which they provided for me with complete transfer of my data and office systems eg Word etc. All relative accounts were activated before the equipment was returned to me. The transfer was painless and I am now in possession of a faster more efficient system. All in all it was a very satisfactory outcome and the staff Andy and Dean could not have been more helpful

SSD upgrade on my very old computer. Problems assessed very quickly and repair completed within 2 days. Now working like new. Excellent service plus additional advice I will certainly use them again and recommend to others.
