Easy to book online, shuttle was quick to pick us up from the airport to take us to the depot. Our car was ready and waiting for us once we had signed the paperwork. Nice modern, tidy, hybrid hatchback. Drop off was quick and easy with another prompt shuttle to the airport.

Luke at the front desk was a star, he was happy and friendly, and explained everything clearly - nothing was a problem. Great experience all round and the vehicle was fabulous for our large family!

The team at Snap Queenstown were awesome. I arrived a little early (45 minutes) but they weren’t bothered and offered to see what they could do. They walked me through my insurance options and helped me save some $$, checked what my plans were and then made sure the car I was being given had new tyres due to the conditions I was driving in.
Overall, these guys were fabulous. Awesome customer service. The car itself drove well and was clean and neat inside. A little worse for wear on the outside, but that didn’t fuss me.

Friendly staff was the best but also the value. It is easy to catch the shuttle to the rental pick up. The shuttle is closer than the other rental company cars on site and the service is better and the value is immense.

Having checked in online, and taken the insurance package, the pick up was so quick and easy. The staff were great - helpful and really friendly, and the drop off took approximately 1 minute! The easiest, quickest car rental experience I have had.

My experience with SNAP was great, I highly recommend them for the super friendly staff who goes far and beyond to deliver the best service possible, the car I rented was in tip top condition and a dream to drive.
The facility are easy to reach and very neat and looks alluring.
The day I arrived at SNAP to collect my car it was very busy, the staff and shuttle service did so well under the pressure of delivering a prompt and professional service.

Our car died around 7 pm due to MECHANICAL ISSUES (beyond our control). We told Snap Rental we were stuck in the middle of nowhere in the dark. Their “solution”? Telling us a replacement car was available in Queenstown (hours away)… and then never replying again. No tow. No support. No follow-up. Just silence.

After five hours sitting on a pitch-black rural road and incurring over $1200 out of pocket to get somewhere safe, the staff was incompetent to provide appropriate paperwork to tow company which delayed our return to our destination further. We are spending a good part of vacation trying to get a response from them and reimburse for all the costs.

AVOID SNAP RENTAL AT ALL COSTS
