Friendly staff, great service, quality product
Staff in-store (Antwerp) were super helpful and friendly, and helped me make my choice and order. Delivery was smooth and sofa was easy to unpack and assemble. Very happy with the quality.

Good quality and customer service but delivered till ground floor only
The quality of sofa is good and it was delivered on time. We thought it would be delivered to our floor based on the info collected before the delivery. But the person who delivered it left it in the ground floor. We had call in for help and pay to transport the sofa to the second floor. Other than that, the customer service and the quality are really good!

de sofa had 2 issues at the delivery
de sofa had 2 issues at the delivery. One could be fixed but it's still not very solid and the other one will stay like this.
It does not seem very solid.
The service&follow up has been good and we have received a discount but it's not what we where looking for.

Beautiful sofa and good customer service

Nice designs, Bad quality and execution
I chose this brand as I was giving my apartment a massive make over. The staff in the Antwerp showroom was very helpful and helped us decide on everything we wanted. Although the waiting time was too long and took us 13 weeks (as most of the items in my order were customised and not standard), the idea and excitement of getting my new furniture exactly in the fabrics i wanted seemed to be worth the wait. My furniture arrived and the quality was less than average, almost as if the furniture in the showroom was made by another factory. My big sofa customised in maya cream clearly is faulty on one side as the padding underneath the fabric is not cut in the shape of the handle thus deforming it completely! I keep a big plant next to it for no reason just to hide it. My smaller sofa was customised in velour matte beige and it’s terrible! The fabric all over is bigger than the structure of the sofa so it gets very wrinkled close to the seams and staples. Clearly looks like someone did it in 5 minutes without really caring about the outcome. The matching pouf of that sofa has the same problem but also i can see lumps through the velour underneath the surface. These are long and thin lumps all over the surface and very hard and pointy if i touch them (i think they are lumps of glue that dried on the velour as it was not distributed evenly when upholstering the pouf. For my dining table I order 4 poufs that were customised in velour matte Amber and all four of them have the same problem. The fabric is too big in some areas and cut too small in other areas. The result is a very wrinkled seam all around the seat which ruins the idea of the smooth velour completely. Overall it’s a pity to end up with such quality after all this waiting and it’s even worse as all my items were customised and not in standard fabrics so i can’t return them and I’m pretty much stuck with them although it’s the company’s fault... how did these pieces pass quality control before being shipped? It’s a shame because it’s a different quality from what you see in the showroom... Now i try to be happy with my new interiors but deep down I’m not satisfied and i feel scammed...

Good ordering experience
Very happy with my order with Sofacompany. I had a problem with ordering the sofa online but the CS was very friendly and promptly help me to order it per invoice. The delivery was quicker than expected (10 days after ordering) and properly tracked along the way. The sofa is comfortable & beautiful and looks almost exactly like the pictures on the website. I would recommend ordering free fabric samples before making the purchase. Some fabric like the amber brown velvet of my sofa seems to change the color quite dramatically depending on the light.
A small suggestion that the e-shop may need to be improved. I was a little confused not knowing my order failed or did go through.
Now we'll have to wait and see how durable the sofa is but I'm quite happy so far.
