Nelson sectional/pet hair
We bought a Nelson sectional. It's very comfortable but forget about buying it if you have a dog or cat. It's difficult (if not impossible) to vacuum the pet hair out of the fabric. The hair gets trapped in between fibers. You'll be vacuuming for days. We went to the Sofa company in Antwerpen 2000 and even asked the price of a dog bed that was in the showroom, but the saleswoman made no mention of any special fabric for pets. Very disappointed.

Beautiful to look at
Got the sofa despite not having a clue how to speak Flemish or what any of the emails said. It’s a fabulous colour and a beautiful shape. Not the most comfortable of chairs to sit in, but hopefully it will improve with time.

Poor Quality
Customer Service in the store and via email was great, but I’ve been VERY disappointed with the quality of our sofa. It squeaks and groans every time we sit. The seat cushions are thin and after only three months already look concaved. One of the back cushions on the sectional part is too long for the couch and our children often fall off because there is no back support behind it.

Exceptional customer service
Great show room experience in Antwerp, samples of everything you see online, with friendly advice. The lead time of the sofa was as promised.
With the actual delivery, we have faced some issues. Nevertheless, I’ve never been in contact with such a reactive customer service, who takes the customer’s experience at the heart, tries to resolve the issues, turn around the problem to a wonderful experience and works on prevention of similar problems in the future together with their transportation partner.

The delivery took so long!
Edit: The sofa was delivered eventually on Friday. It looks and feels great, easy to put together. I am happy with the purchase despite the long delivery period.

The delivery took so long!
I ordered the sofa on April 13, and only today I received a call from Mondial Relay that they will deliver tomorrow (hopefully), so that's almost a month since order date!
I don't know who to blame, TSN Groep or Mondial Relay, but I think you should reconsider the shipping companies you work with!

I’ve well received my sofa and happy with it. I just found very strange that I have to fix the feet of the sofa myself or arrange someone to do it. Moreover, that wasn’t communicated when I ordered it in the show-room in Antwerp.
