I sent back some clothes for a refund n Soodress Cust Svs said they processed my refund on 26 Jan 2025 but to date no refunded amount were reflected on my credit card. The experience I had with refunds was awful - first I had to sent back the clothes at my own expense n waited for a long time for acknowledgment of receipt n refund, did not hear anything from them till I chased them up for an answer. I even had to chase them again to check the status of my refund and all I got was a checklist of what they have done. They claimed refund was made but nothing was received thru my credit card account.

Unfortunately I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order. I ordered two jackets to be delivered to Hong Kong. After 10 days I emailed to find out where my order was. It was a 10 to 13 day estimated delivery arrival. I heard back and they said my order was customized & they would contact the factory to find out how long it would take to be made. Which is not true. I ordered two jackets in size 12/14 US. I emailed every day to find out where my order was. It arrived today and needless to say the quality of two jackets are terrible, so cheap and the jackets do not look like the pictures online. It was US$132 for these very cheap quality jackets. With no label inside just a made in China tag. Hopefully others will do the research before they waste their money by this company.

I ordered the High Waist Faux Leather Pants for $64, including shipping, and I am beyond disappointed. For this price, I expected decent quality, but what I received was far below even the lowest standards.

The material is absolutely terrible. The exterior “leather” is cheap and stiff, and the interior fabric is a horrible, rough synthetic material that not only feels uncomfortable but also stinks. The awful smell comes directly from the poor-quality inner material, making it almost unbearable to wear. And the stitching? An absolute joke. It looks like someone threw it together in a rush without even trying. The pants are nothing like the pictures—they’re uncomfortable, cheap, and completely unwearable. do the people selling this wear this kind of garbage themselves? And let’s talk about your no-refund policy? With this level of quality, refunds should be mandatory, because I’m sure most people who buy from you regret it immediately.

If it’s possible to give this company a zero (0) . That’s what they will get . 6 weeks after I ordered and did not receive my item I contacted them . Yori said my package customer to clear , turns out the package number she gave was to the wrong country . It’s been more than two months and I have not taken responsibility for the supposed error, or given a refund.

Stay away . They a basically thieves.

I wish I could rate this company below zero. I received an item that was not what I expected, and I contacted them for a return. They tried to dissuade me, but then gave me a return address in China. The item was returned to the address they gave me in August 2024. It sat in China for many weeks before being returned to me as undeliverable in December! So now, I am not only out of pocket for the cost of the original item, but also the not inconsiderable return postage! Be very careful when buying from China, and particularly this company They are dishonest.

If I could give this company zero star, I would. Its a total scam and please dont order anything from this company or you ll lose your hard earn money… the dress and merchandize dont look like pic at all. I ordered one dress and receive a used one. Email back and forth with them and they made every excuses to not refund me. Btw I didnt pay to get the used dress…

This is the WORST company! Do not order ANYTHING from them. I have been dealing with this company to get my money back for over a year. The item they sent looks NOTHING like what they sent. They state on their website that the do refund if you aren’t satisfied, which is a BIG LIE. I sent the merchandise back and am still fighting for my money!!

I order a dress witch is completly diffrent than in photos. There is no way to return it back and there is no refound. This is scam!

How do i report this company to the consumer right.
I have oredered a dress for a wedding 3 months ago and still having excuses that it's a very popular item and i will recieve my order soon and they're telling me to be patience. Really it's been over 3 months you scam scumbags. That's a lot of my hard working money. Thiefing bastards.

Ordered a dress in August for a wedding in October, dress never arrived, no updates on shipping, only when I emailed them a hundred times asking for a refund, then they had the audacity to ask me to chose another item on their website, I told them I didn’t want anything from them just my money back, I did receive full refund from them.

This company is a scam. The product you see online will not be the product you get. They barely respond to email unless you threaten to them that you will dispute them with CC company. Then they will give you a sketchy address to send the product back to which is in China. As most people have said it’s not a legit address. So you lose money and plenty of time. Save the hassle just don’t buy from them

DO NOT BUY from this company. I received the wrong item. It was shipped locally. I had to send to China for return. It cost me $33.05 to ship back. I never received the refund. The company is crap!!!!!!!

I have been emailing this company for a refund of a dress I bought. I have tried 4 times and have had no reply. Since they have not replied I had no choice but to dispute the charge for the item. Be very very careful when ordering from this company. I have been waiting for a reply as to where to send the product. Its ridiculous. Buyer beware

I wish I have read those reviews before purchasing anything from this company... It is all true.
I purchased a shirt from their site. It was supposed to be cotton, but I received something synthetic. I decided to return it, they gave me guidance where and how to send it, paid for the package to China ... and two months later received in back. Nobody bothered to pick it up, address must have been a fake. If you make this mistake and purchase something from their site, don't try to make a return because it will only incur additional cost.

We ordered several clothing items from this company - one item was fine, but the second item was the wrong size. Soodress on line policy states that they will pay shipping for the return of wrong sized items. But, after contacting customer service for over a month Soodress refused to pay shipping, instead offered a 25% refund. We finally accepted the refund, but are stuck with a product we cannot use - plus the refund provided was only 20%. We will not use this company again.

Scammers scammers. Please do not order from this company ever. Ordered a dress and earrings $112.50 over a month. I have not received the items checked with the post office they do not recognize the tracking #. Emailed the company twice and have not received any response. This company needs to be banned and investigated for scamming their customers. DO NOT SHOP from this online store you will regret it. Be warned!!!

Absolute krrrrrrrrap.
The website pictures are pretty to be sure but when your stuff arrives, the clothing inside isn't even nice enough to scrub floors with. Fit like a garbage bag, looked nothing like the picture, and had 'finished' edges like a toddler was working in their factory. You would be better off standing in front of a toilet tossing money into the bowl. Their return policy is'tough luck pal we keep the money and give you a bogus address to send it to so that you pay even MORE in shipping'. RUN VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Posted different item & then maintained regular private email contact where I included my request to get a refund on the item, postage & return postage costs. They provided return address information, then didn’t acknowledge China customs notification until after PayPal buyer support time period had expired.
A company who just hopes you’ll accept the rubbish they send & that you don’t know the refund rules. I would’ve been better of keeping the different item & trying to resell.
