I have been purchasing vinyl from Sound Stage Direct for about a year and I couldn't ask for a better site to shop from. I've placed orders both online and on the phone directly and whomever is on the other end of the line is always super polite, patient, very knowledgeable and seems to really care about my needs. I love that! Their method of packaging the vinyl for shipment is literally the best way I have ever seen. Their selection of vinyl is always great! If a new title is coming available soon, they will show what's on the way and you can pre-order and it'll be sent to you the day it's released! They always offer discounts on vinyl and their original prices of vinyl are nothing to look away from. I love their online display. Simple and fun to navigate around with ease. I must be honest, I have shopped at other sites in the past but I love Sound Stage Direct so much, I have been going there and purchasing there first because they usually have what I want at a good price and they don't take a long time to ship either. I highly recommend Sound Stage Direct to anyone!!

Soundstage Direct takes enormous stride in keeping their vinyl stock in pristine condition, free of marks or dents which many online shops don't do. My vinyl purchases always arrive well protected and in perfect condition with SSD's protective outer sleeve. I luv that. The quality of vinyl pressings these days is really off. A lot of warped records. Sometimes it looks scratched. The holes are punched in wrong place and often not large enough so your record ends up getting stuck on turntable. That's the climate I guess. Not sure what Soundstage can do about it though. Maybe they have a large enough voice to complain, hence my comments

SSD's service is always outstanding. Whether dealing with an flawed LP or with audio gear, they also go the extra step.

Records sound amazing - what a difference. The phono amp got back- ordered but Soundstage service was great in contacting me and offered a $10 coupon for a future purchase. Very happy with company and product.

Good selection and great service at fair prices!

I got this item at a discounted price since there was a "bend" in the cover. I couldn't believe it when I opened the package it really wasn't in my opinion that much of a bend. Something that easily could happen in a shipping situation. The fact they discounted it because of this "bend" shows how important quality is to soundstagedirect. I will definitely look into purchasing vinyl from them more often.!

Great service, but the stand out is their packing. Never seen such protective packaging. You could probably throw the package against a brick wall all day and never bend a corner of an album cover.
