Work on shipping speed and cost
I try to help the the smaller guy out but when you are up against Amazon, you have to fight with the big dogs. Free 2-day shipping whether I buy 1 or 5. I can get free shipping from SoudStageDirect but they ship media mail - which takes about a week or more for delivery.
SoudStageDirect's turntable policy sucks big time. If you buy a turntable and don't like it, you're allowed to trade up but no refund. At least not for me.

Whenever I want an LP, SSD is the first place I check. Even purchased a great VPI turntable from them. Their prices are the best and shipping is almost always free. The staff is honest and easy to deal with. Seth is always available to help if you have any issues.
