I have used many platforms in my time as a developer. I can say with confidence this is the first time a company support took care of things immediately, no waiting. I was very impressed with the ease of access of their whole platform as well. I would highly recommend if you love adding good tools to your work flow.

this is epic, the interface is ez to use and the staff in tickets are really nice, patient, and (im not sure if thats what you call it, but i try:) humble.
and the plans are so affordable even while getting good hardware, that i kinda feel guilty for doing so much on a 5$ server.

Me and my friends have a small server on a budget plan, we dont play often. So when we got griefed and our back up was too old, my man Ali. A from support was very kind and helpful, and saved us. Responded quick and dealt with my issues exactly how i needed! Truthfully the support alone is worth the 5 stars!

Sparked Hosting has been a great choice for running my Terraria server. Performance is solid, uptime has been reliable, and the support team is genuinely excellent—fast responses and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The only downside I’ve run into is some difficulty updating the server, which can be a bit confusing at times. Other than that, it’s a very good hosting service and I’d still recommend it.

I have used Sparked Host for a few years now (since around early 2022) for hosting websites, discord bots and minecraft servers, and never a bad experience, any time I needed assistance with anything, support would have my issue resolved in a minute or two. Abdelrahman M. was very quick with their support and very helpful, fixed my issue right away and also pointed out what the problem was.

I used Sparked Host as my Discord Bot host for quite a few years and I have nothing but great things to say.

The web portal easy to use, it works great on desktop and mobile. Customer service was A++++. If I ever need a host again I'll definitely be coming here 1st.

support has been great, the Walson helped with mod trouble shooting as well as world file issues i needed help with. overall pleased with the help we got.
