The website interface on mobile could use a little work, but help chat saved the day! Estaban was so patient and walked me through every single step while trying to decide to use the service and every single step after to get everything set up exactly the way we needed it. 20/10 Customer service experience! He even sent step by step pictures for some of the trickier steps. Seriously a company for the people! Shout out to Estaban for helping me hobble through technology outside of my capacity!

Minor issues

Well, I had a problem with the setting of the server but Matias helped me with it very kindly and nicely and in no time it was resolved.

I'm sparked host customer for more than 3 years now. Product, service everything is top notch. I literally never regret paying single penny for the minecraft server and service that I get. I wish this org to get bigger and bigger. You have the best people working in your org. Kudos

I got the trial server and enjoyed 1 day of free service so I bought 1 month service for me and me friends. So far so good. I needed help in moving my server files and their support was really helpful. This is my first time renting a server so I didn't know what I was doing but Walson did a good job being patient with me and I was eventually able to move my server files. Will keep on using this service as long as my friends and I play the game
