Complete scam. Never received my item and the tracking number was bogus. I attempted to contact them over three times in the past month and they gave me a run around because of the pandemic. It's really just a fraudulent site.

I ordered some night lights for my nieces birthday in August. The package hadn't come for a few months. So I decided to go on their website and check it out. Turns out the website was no longer available and when I emailed them, they said check with my local post office first. I went to the post office with their tracking number and the post office said they've never received anything from that tracking number.

Same as all the other reviews. They are conning people out of money. They take £20 and send a £1 lamp then offer you 70% refund so every sale bags them £13 profit. They are scammers and thieves. AVOID.

Avoid this company no matter what. They are scammers and a disgrace. They take monrhs to send anything and then it is completely wrong. They send out some cheap crap, and expect you to return it. Disgusting 🤬🤬🤬

Saw a facebook advert for a floor standing colour changing lamp, so placed an order for 2! 3 months later I was sent 1 mini USB lamp, which must have cost about £1 to buy.
Many emails back and forth, and still refusing to refund my money. They were stating that they are just a small company and can't afford to refund me.
Luckily I paid via paypal, so refunded as soon as they looked at my case.
Interestingly, the company was called Squiren, but the paypal receipt shows 'Eleganet Trade' - ones to avoid!!!

Avoid - Ordered a lamp took 3 months to arrive and it was a usb lamp now refusing to give refund. Definitely a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are a complete scam! I ordered 2 of the led corner lights, nothing turned up. They say they must be at the post office, yeah course They are!! I ordered them back in August. I am not happy at all. Do not trust them!!!

A one star rating is too high for this company. They are a scam. I ordered 2 color changing corner lights in July or August and it is now November, nothing came in the mail. They blame the local post office, and claim they can only offer me a 15% refund and hope I can understand that customer service is a top priority for them.

Same here, my wife order a tall colour changing corner light, when she showed me after she ordered it I was unsure it was a genuine company, weeks past, I asked her, where is the lamp, she emailed them and the replies where, sorry for the delay due to Covid the item is delayed but on its way, I knew after around 2 wks she was conned, 8 wks later a rubbish USB cheap lamp turns up with no paperwork, just Chinese label, no idea who from, we do know that you can purchase from eBay for about £1.50, anyway she emails them again and they say, 'It was delivered, we then assumed it was the cheapo USB lamp, we emailed pic and they advised to return it for a refund, we asked for the address and returns label and have not heard from them since, I am fuming more so as they have not just conned us but thousands of others who possibly have not put their comments on trust pilot, why is it do easy for these monsters to get away with it, how do they sleep at night... Advised PayPal who have said they will look into it, hoping to get refund as that's what PayPal advertise if a customer is conned, they advise they will refund you... We'll wait and see.... It's been reported to trading standards who work world wide with other organisations

Well.... what can I say!? I too received the same treatment as everyone else. Ordered the vertical LED lamp, waited 3 months to arrive and a pathetic white LED reading light came instead. They even think it was acceptable and apologised that the item wasn’t satisfactory. Then offered 40% refund as a goodwill gesture. I’m taking them to trading standards.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered two floor lights which failed to turn up for several months. When I tried to pursue their non-arrival, the firm stopped answering my emails. I am now having to go through the lengthy process of reclaiming my money through my credit card provider. I would have given this 0 stars (or minus stars) if it had been at all possible

I am only giving a one star rating as it’s impossible to give zero stars!
I paid for two LED lights which were never delivered, I have been fobbed off for trip months now and they refuse to refund.
Don’t buy from these con-artists!!

Got one star as I cannot put zero. Complete scam DO NOT USE! I ordered two lighting items and what I receive was a cheap usb light. Wish I havd checked trustpilot first, I wouldn't have wasted £40!

after waiting two months for my adjustable lamp to arrive they have shipped a cheap USB lamp and refuse to reimburse me without returning the cheap item back to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a floor lamp which states it changers colour but received a usb lamp! False advertisement and they only offering a 40% refund.

The same scam as everyone else. Ordered floor lamp get cheap usb effort. They usual refund debacle as others have said. Scam artists. Update refunded by PayPal. Thanks for the free usb light. MUGS

Like many other reviewers I ordered 2 LED floor lamps in August and received one cheap usb lamp in October. I was offered a 40% refund as it was apparently too expensive to return the item. They have now stopped replying to my emails so I will open a dispute with Paypal. Lesson learned, never order items on Facebook!

As others have noted, this is a scam. Ordered two LED colour-changing floor-lamps. After more than two months I finally received a delivery of a single, very small, cheap, plastic USB reading light. Dispute raised with PayPal to get money back. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, you will not get what you're being sold!
