I ordered a LED Floor Lamp for a very reasonable price through an ad I saw on FB/Instagram. Didn’t think much of it at the time. Only when the product hadn’t arrived 2 weeks later I started getting more suspicious. I contacted the company and they were quick enough to respond and tell me the product was on its way.
When it did finally arrive 4 weeks later, I received not what I ordered, but a portable USB light worth probably £5 or less.
The company only offered a 40% refund rather than a full refund so currently loading with PayPal to try and get my money back.

DO NOT TRUST Squiren
I have ordered Adjustable Colorful Vertical Lamp (cost $21.95 USD) from their website, and they sent me a USB Portable light instead, which may cost less than $5, even I could not find it in their website.
I contacted the customer service and they requested to return the item they sent INCORRECTLY. There are no benefits to either party returning this item.
I checked their website and I found that their policies and terms and conditions do not cover the return or any issues similar to mine. Unfortunately, I have paid from credit card instead of PayPal that I could have had more chance to get a refund. I'm still trying to get my money back. Seems to be like a SCAM.
