1 star is too generous. It’s quite apparent that these are scammers. I ordered a magnetic floating lamp with wireless charger and after nearly 3 months I received a cheap, flimsy pink usb light that might have well been from Poundland.
The “company” offered me a 40% refund because of the “cumbersome and exhaustive” returns process (even though the parcel had a UK returns address).
If you’re reading this before ordering, then AVOID like the plague. If you’re reading this after wondering where your parcel is, or have received something unlike anything you ordered, then I’m sorry you’re like me and didn’t read these reviews first.

I'm back again and my item arrived! As expected after reading these reviews here is what I received!
Ordered: colour changing standing corner lights x2 for £30.
Received: *after 2 months* a tiny pink usb laptop lamp from a £ or $ store.

AVOID.Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.been waiting 2 months for a floor lamp which has not appeared.been told as they are a small company they can not refund shipping costs.now in a dispute with paypal.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a corner floor lamp and it never arrived. I waited 2 months. When I emailed them they replied saying it was on the way but nothing was delivered. Also the 'Tracking number' they gave me did not exist. It's a totally fraudulent website and I hope they get shut down!!

I wish it allows me to put no star. Please don’t waste your time on this. They will send you a pink usb laptop lamp and tell you they made a mistake. They will over you 40% refund for the inconvenience. I’m calling PayPal now.

I ordered 2 corner LED lights over two months ago and just received a pink reading light. First my dispute was because I had not received ANYTHING after two months. Days later after the dispute initiated, I see movement. Prior to that, I contacted the seller and they wanted to give me a partial refund. I didn’t even know it was shipping from China. They provided PayPal with a different tracking number. When it got here, it was pink reading lamp that probably costs about $1-2. And the address is from California. PayPal hasn’t refunded me immediately. And now I’m waiting for my refund. I hope there isn’t a problem. The site doesn’t even have pink reading light. I guess they figured that if they ship something, it would be harder to fight with PayPal. I video taped myself opening the package.

I ordered a beautiful corner LED lamp for $28.94 incl $6.99 shipping on August 26th. Just received today.

I received a cheap laptop USB light, worth maybe $1.

I immediately called PayPal and received an immediate refund. They told me they receive hundreds of these same complaints every day under numerous company names.

Yes unfortunately this company is still trading. I made the mistake of not checking Trustpilot first.

The seller ended up offering a 70% refund and not having to return the crappy USB light.

I had a dispute registered with PAYPAL and then phoned them. They are aware of this company who keeps changing trading names and reopening new PAY PAL accounts each time one gets closed down.

PAYPAL refunded me in full straight away.

I would be aware of how this trading company would give you a partial refund as they may ask you for your personal details to process the refund and you could become even more out of pocket. Please be cautious and get a refund from PayPal or Credit card company directly.

So wish I'd read this 2 months ago. Scammed exactly the same way as everyone else on here. Saw their ad on Facebook, paid almost $40 for a tall lamp but 7 weeks later got the crappy USB light. Told to return it, I asked if they would refund the payment for this, they said they'd do as I required once they receive the usb lamp back. I paid over $18 to send it back to China, they never refunded that, just the original order payment. Just finished reading their 23rd e.mail contact with me where they sounded like they were winding me up asking me to elaborate on my explanation of what was wrong and I just replied again asking how many times I have to explain the problem. Just thought I'd look at any reviews of their company and found this site......2 months too late unfortunately!
Never spend a penny or a cent on these scammers.

Dishonest business only set up to scam people. They will send you an item you did not order and then only offer a percentage refund. I strongly advise you do not purchase anything from this company.

Same experience as a lot of people here.Ordered table lamp and received a cheap crap usb light instead and told to return it to China at my own expense for a refund.I have opened case with PayPal

Same as everyone esle here: no tracking info, cheap usb lamp arrived instead of vertical lamp.

By then, I already read this reviews so I strongly complained and they refunded me $19.94 of $29.94. Didn't even mention returning USB lamp.

Stay away, folks.

I also ordered two vertical lamps, in early August, and followed the tracking number- (that I had to request from the service email address) and the item came two days ago, and was the same junk usb light worth maybe 2 dollars- and as reported- they offer a 40% refund if I return this stupid lamp for "10-20 dollars shipping". What a joke. Stay away from Squiren.

I should’ve read these reviews BEFORE purchasing. Seems like same thing happened to me as every one else... purchased vertical lamp... no tracking info... merchant does not respond.. 2 months later I get a cheap USB lamp. Disputing with my bank.

Same here. I ordered two adjustable lamps and after TWO months they sent me a USB portable light! They want to sent it back with my charge in order to refund me. The whole site is a scamming so keep away!!

Scam. Plain and simple. Order something, get sent some cheap junky plastic item worth next to nothing and then they baulk at providing a refund unless you post the cheap junky plastic item back to China. Their compromise? Refund of 40% only.
Avoid this fraudulent 'store' altogether unless you want to have to go through PAYPAL resolutions to get your money back.

Another one subject to the scam - ordered the vertical floor lamp, no tracking info for about 3 weeks after shipping and when it did appear I saw it was coming from China, not the USA like it seems. Took a month to receive and actually received some stupid USB lamp. Requested refund and they've refused until I return the USB lamp - at MY own cost (shipping to China!). Will be speaking to PayPal for refund. Hope this site gets shut down soon!

Update on my review below. I called Paypal after submitting the case and they immediately refunded me so I don't have to bother waiting around 2+ months whilst paypal try to contact the seller.

Whils't paypal were looking into it for the few days I had the case open the seller was asking me over email to send the light back and were trying to get me to agree to a partial refund still.

Paypal refunded me and said I did not have to bother sending anything back to the seller so I got to keep the crappy USB light which hopefully is a big F U to this scam artist

So for everyone who is going through Paypal, open the case, give it couple of days and then just call paypal to get it refunded.
