I purchased 2 scooters from the store in Paralimni
In less than 2 months the throttle on both scooters broke which means they can not be used. Took them back to the shop who tell me they have to be sent to Nicosia. I was then told i had to pay 70 euros per scooter for them to be fixed even though they are less than 2 months old and even though it is very apparent it is a fault of the manufacture as it happened to both scooters. We paid the money to have them repaired. we collected them then after 1 month the same problem. This has happened to the scooters 3 times, and we have been charged 3 times to fix each scooter. Once the 70 euros was paid, they realised there is a fault with the battery they called us and wanted an additional 100 euros making this cost 170. We said no to return the scooter. We have just been to collect the scooter and even after paying the 70 euros the throttle is broken, they sent it back unrepaired and then wanted an addition 25 euros for checking the battery. The management is unhelpful, and the staff customer service is shocking. The company is a fraud stay away from them. There are better shops in Cyprus please if you value your hard earned money do not spend it in this store!!!

I made 3 trips to the store for the laptop and now im in the same situation with the camera.
The products they sell are faulty.
I should have learnt my mistake the first time and gone to public store.

Bad backup at Stephanis
I used to be very happy with Stephanis and I have bought many items from them. On this date I went for among other things a phone cable. I took along the old one showed it to the employee and he gave me a completely wrong one. Now I have to go again. About a month ago the remote on my Tesla tv, bought from Staphanis, broke and I asked for a new one. Stephanis quoted eur 45 but I bought it on the internet for eur 5. Also many times if you buy electrical items they forget to give you an adapter plug for Cyprus

Warranty is scam
Super disapointed. We bough vacuum cleaner Xiomi Mi vacuum and mop ( around 300Euro) and after few months one of the weels got broken, so we took it to the shop. After 2 weeks they said it will cost 60euros for a new wheel- we agreed of course as it was still new and we did not want to buy new one. They fixed it after another 2 weeks. It worked well until the other wheel broke the same way just 1 month later. We went again to the shop hoping they would fix it for free- well no it diddnt happen instead they asked another 90Euros to fix it! How come? So imagine half of the price of the vacuum was the cost of the wheels. We did not accept and we ordered parts separately and when we opened it we saw that from inside there were so many broken parts, so we dont think it will last long. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THERE!

Great prices and great service. I have bought a range of products from them, from my hyperX cloud 2 headset to my 3-joint TV bracket. They deliver to a shop near you if the current shop does not have the item. They have special discounts for loyal customers and I am yet to receive a defective item from them.

Bought a cordless hoover less than 18 months ago with their so called 2 year warranty. Clip holding the vacum head snapped. They wanted to charge me €95to repair it. Don't touch this shop with a bargepole their warranty is worthless folks. Will never buy from them ever again!!!
Openly and shamelessly lie....
The so called experts on product types at Stephanis will openly and shamelessly lie about products to get you to buy what they want. This happened on two separate occasions in the past.
Then after making the mistake of buying a printer fro them I then learn they don't keep the toner in stock. So I order the toner, go back a week later to collect and they tell me they've sent it back. I have to be there within 48 hours or I do without. Are you kidding me? I need to give specific notice and a set time frame for printer toner? I want to buy it, not take it on a date.
Mismanaged, dishonest, disrespectful. This should be the sign over the door. Forget these jokers. Buy from Amazon instead.

Terrible customer support and…
Terrible customer support and completely untrustworthy products. The guy at the repairs (mr Vasilis) was very rude and talked in a way that is HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE towards customers. Stephanis sold me a very expensive laptop that had major features not working (like Wi-Fi access, restart on its own and my work being lost). When I spoke with mr Vasilis his reply was that "you bought the laptop 8 months ago". So to get this right, the life expectancy of a brand new laptop that costs over 700 Dollars (plus VAT) is just 8 months? Are we really serious right now? The laptop I was given was defective and it is my right as a consumer to be given a NEW laptop that this time actually works as advertised. The problems begun from the very 1st month, but I could not return the laptop because I was working in it (that's the reason I bought it). I had reported the problem but mr Vasilis said that there were no complains (which was either a lie or a mistake on behalf of the Stephanis team because I had submitted a complaint from the very first weeks after I bought the laptop). I bought extra accessories on my own to make it work but after a point on the condition of the laptop was unacceptable. The fact that they sold me a defective laptop in the 1st place is shameful to begin with.

We bought a machine for meat and in 2019 . We used it only 3 times untill today. I brought it to the servise because something was noy working correclty pluss the infront metals should be stainless steel but got fully rusty. Today i received the mixer and they told me that is damaged and is not profitable to fix it. I can understand this but what about the infort stainless steel? Sorry the quarantine is finished. And i wonder . Why they sell fake products , dangerous materuals for the health of us and our children?

Worst experience ever
I bought a 600 euro laptop and it wouldn’t charge because apparently my little sister dropped it which caused minimum damage to the plug and it wouldn’t charge which okay our fault but when i gave it to them to fix it they told me it was not fixable. I went to pick it up and it was way more damaged than it was when i brought it to them ! Of course they wouldn’t admit a thing
Questionable practices, the customer is not valued.
Bought a toaster online on 3 September, to be delivered to Larnaca town. It was available in the Paphos store and it was a very low price. Delivery was free.
They called me to tell me the product was no longer available because it was damaged. I could tell he was lying. They simply did not want to pay for delivery for such a low profit product (it was on sale).
I checked a week later and it was still available online. As of 9th October (more than a month later) the product is still available online!!! They clearly lied, but they returned the money, hence the extra star in the review.
