After purchasing a samsung galaxy watch 4 i went home to open it and when i did, i found that the screen was already cracked. Went back straight ahead not even half hour later than the time of the purchase and the manager there tells me its broken and i need to pay for repairing it. Won't give me any replacement or my money back, these guys are thieves and should be closed down! After checking with a lawyer i have a very strong case and will be proceeding legally.. Got the receipts and their "reports"...Literally go to any shop other than this one and know your rights as apparently they try to steal their customers.

The worst customer services by far.They only care about money amnd once you buy the product they dont care!!! I bought a disfunction product in December, I call many times the answer only once and I am still waiting to call me back!!!!

Worst customer service. We bought items worth 800 euros and when we told them our television had something wrong with it when we installed it they blamed us and said it’s our fault and we should bare the costs. We will fight them legally. Horrible. Never going there again.

Purchased a beard trimmer online to be delivered from the Limassol Polemidia store to an ACS in Nicosia. Six days later and I'm still waiting.

We bought a Xiaomi smartphone. I woke up one day and my phone was stuck on the MIUI logo without even touching it. I brought the phone 2 times to their Help Center and they could not fix it as they needed Google account id and password.
I need a logic person to explain to me how I am supposed to remove the google account from the device when it's not even powering on ?
Stephanis advised they cannot help me. So i guess I have to throw the device away after 7 months of ownership .

Bought a Macbook Air online from Stephanis, store said the remaining one had been a previous display model but was OK. 11 months after purchase it failed, turns out the item had been purchased in the Czech Republic15 months previous. Apple extended the warranty but when they came to fix it reported fluid and rust damage evidence that negated the warranty and would cost 75% of new item. this has never happened while i have owned it and can only have happened previously

Recently I bought a Vacuum Cleaner (5 days ago), although it works adequately ok, it cannot connect to the app, which basically makes useless half of it's functions. Stephanis has been nothing but unhelpful on that matter and they keep asking me to send it to their service facilities which will take at least 20 WORKING days just to figure out the problem.

Bought my laptop from Stephanis a year ago, got me through the pandemic. The staff was knowledgeable and I was lucky to buy it just before the first lockdown. They also helped with the extended warranty.

When the lockdown happened and all shops closed they had established a very nice telephone service for support and purchases and I used it to buy myself a webcam for working from home.

Had no problems and still don’t with their support.

They have a really awful customer support.

It doesn't worth the risk buying any item from them.

Just bought a phone. Just by myself no one offered assistance! Cashier another story, waiting in the line while there was several people behind the bench just sitting. Then... after paying them around €250 they didn’t give me a bag. I asked for one for which I paid extra €0.06! (Ridiculous!) bit most “amazing” part was... she just gave me the bag without putting my stuff in! You guys should be ashamed! And respect the customers and the money they are giving to you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service, no help whatsoever. Returned a TV an hour after to exchange for a bigger size as it was too small for the living room when we returned home. Packed it back up carefully and took it to the shop in larnaca. Manager told us to check the other TV we want while he opened the box to check the TV. We should have stayed with him while he checked, as it had cracked, and said that we returned it that way. Obviously he couldn't handle it by himself and dropped it as he was taking it out. Told nothing they could do but pay another 200 euros to fix it. 100% the TV was fine when we took it back. But you know they would not admit to it, it's the Cypriot way. Never going to shop there again, and will make sure others don't either.

Great shop with fast (for Cyprus) Delivery and usually the best price on electronics on the island

Their support was very helpful with my delivery and arrange it for the time I was able to receive it... 4 stars only because nobody pick the phone and the emails to reset password or to verify account arrives like 3 hrs later

Do not get your laptop repaired here.
I didn't want to have to write this but given how bad things have gone,
it needs to be said so that people can avoid getting frustrated.
I took my hp pavilion laptop to Stephanis to be repaired because it had a broken hinge.
This was in October. First time they claimed it was fixed, turns out they broke the other hinge.
The second time they claimed it was fixed, the other hinge was still broken and now the
screen didn't turn on and parts of the screen were peeling off.
At this point I told them to return my laptop to the state I gave it
to them because I do not agree for them to repair it, and they had my old parts anyways.
I had lost all confidence in their ability to repair my laptop appropriately.
They verbally agreed, and I sent an email re-stating my demand.
Laptop comes back, and they didn't honor what we agreed, (e.g. old parts which they have, put back on) and the hinge is still broken!
Still without a resolution, laptop, and it's now January 2021. Approaching 3 months now for a broken hinge fix.
During this whole experience, we've had to wait on the phone for 20+ minutes
in some cases, we were hung up on. My questions and complaints in emails were
ignored. I've gone back and forth to the store in Kato Polemidia countless times
to find my laptop remains broken. Stephanis keeps sending it back and forth to service and they keep breaking it.
When I asked to speak to upper management while in the store, the manager couldn't get a hold of them
and I haven't heard from them via email/phone since.
What I learned from this is, Stephanis doesn't care about their reputation and
they don't want to take accountability. I will never buy a laptop nor get it
fixed from Stephanis again, and I will ensure never to recommend Stephanis to
any of my Software developer colleagues, my friends, my family etc.

Very rude! Never coming again!
