Great experience.
Discovered the jacket I was looking for at this little shop. Sold out in my size everywhere else I checked. There was a small delivery charge but I didn't mind this time, tho I use John Lewis for their free delivery to store and returns.
Packaged well and exactly what I ordered, so a great experience.

Love the clothes and the whole way everything is organised. One problem was ordering which I spent many hours but my order couldn't go through and had to try again the next day and eventually succeeded.

Thank you for your feedback Fiona. As per our email correspondence, there was a small error as the website was showing a size of which we were out of stock and it allowed you to order it. We emailed you as soon as our store opened the next day (your order was placed the previous evening) and we offered you a different size. I love everything about stick and…
I love everything about stick and ribbon. The staff are wonderful as they give good advice about what suits me, always tell me if something doesn't, and will find me outfits that I would otherwise have missed. The staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive or pushy, the range of clothes and sizes is extensive and I recently went on holiday and packed a capsule set of outfits all from stick and ribbon and felt good everyday.
