I bought two Frnch scarves after they had sold out everywhere online and was delighted to receive them within 36hrs, all prettily packaged. It's definitely a nicer experience to shop from small UK businesses rather than give my hard earned money to Amazon! :D

The item I was interested in is not being sold anywhere in the US that I could find, so I could neither order it from anywhere in the country where I live, much less send an e-mail with the questions I had about the sizing of it. The terrifically helpful people at Stick & Ribbon not only answered my question--immediately after receiving the e-mail, it seems--but one of the owners went so far as to e-mail a photo of herself wearing it so that I could gauge the length and fit. Never in all my shopping experience (and I have a LOT of shopping experience) have I received this kind of service and assistance. I've since ordered the item and cannot wait to receive it. Long story short: Stick & Ribbon is, in the immortal words of the great Tina Turner, simply the best!!!!

Love my rails jacket from Stick & Ribbon. Fantastic service. Ordered the jacket in a small, immediately received an email to say that the website showed inaccurate stock and sadly not in stock. Offered XS or immediate refund. When I explained my size L, helpful advice was given, saying that they XS would be the right size in their opinion. Received jacket two days later and it was perfect. I love it! Thank you!
