Very helpful and informative. Took the time make sure I clearly understood everything.

I called today to find out the status of my account. I have placed the full amount of money, that needed to complete my program. Since, it has been nearly 8 months I want to get a status update on the rest of my accounts. Chris was very helpful in answering my questions.

I was quick and easy.

The customer service agent was very helpful. she answered our questions. The only negative was that we were on hold a number of times.

The representative answered every question that I had, and when he needed more information, he called other team members.

We are very new to the program. Everyone has been very helpful in our dealings. We look forward to being debt free in a year.

I called to see if I could skip my payment this month. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. He arranged everything for me. Then I asked him about the loan program that was mentioned to me before. He told me the name and number in case I wanted to call them. Again he was very helpful. Best customer service ever. Thank you for making my life a bit easier!

In July 2019 I started the program with Global Client Solutions and Stone Point Legal Group LLC.
Cool, I'm doing the right thing paying $779 a month and getting my debt under control.
I go through orientation and talk to Derrek my Lawyer
A small debt is taken care of after a few months.
Awesome things are moving forward.
I don't hear from the lawyer or stone point anything more than a year later.
I get a Summons and I'm thinking isn't Stone Point suppose to be taking care of this?
I call Derek he does not pick up.
I call Stone Point a (client rep) tells me to upload the Summons and they will look into finding a lawyer and if they could not a in-house negotiator would take the matter on.
19 days later I call to see how things are going. I was told they have not found a lawyer, WHAT! I have not responded to this Summons, He said I needed to. I let him have an earful about me paying into this company and I'm having to do this myself...
I respond to the Summons.
A couple of days later I get a phone call from an attorney. I did return for about a week.
I decided to reach out and start the bankruptcy process.
Once I got more from the Bankruptcy Office I get a New Summons (11_23-20_)... Really!...
I call the attorney that called me and we talk I told him about possibly moving forward with bankruptcy if things don't work out on my end. He said I sent in the first Summons. He tells me to send if the New Summons by email and let Stone Point know and upload it to the (document center) he said they may assign it to me.
I call Stone Point and let them know uploaded the New Summons and was calling to let them know and I get an okay thanks.
Cool, the coast is clear.
(1-13-21) I Open up the mail and it's a Judgement against me for $22K
I called my attorney and he said you told me you were going to file for bankruptcy so I did not do anything... I'm don't really have words to say this point... and then he throws it back I'm my face as to why it happened because I did not communicate with him about not going through bankruptcy... and then he tells me he never got assigned the New Summons... Then I can here him trying on his computer and looked up my account and knows how much escrow I have in there does not know if he has been issued the case... according to my bankruptcy draft paper's it shows 2 (judgments pending) what a mess... so $13,243... 17 months and having to file bankruptcy... I have reached out to www_nvbar_org and they are investigating the matter. I plan on contacting the FTC and then contacting my Friend's brother who is in his first year of law school to see what he thinks about some kind of lawsuit.

On Thursday Jan 7th I called in to be told you were closed for a company wide program and then it hung up with no information of when you would open again. Later in the day I got through, was put on hold and then was hung up on and asked to answer a survey question. This happened 3 times. I was calling because the person I was supposed to have a meeting with never called me. Called in again on 8th. Hung up on once and person not in and has not called back. It really couldn’t be any worse customer service if you tried.

We were served with papers for one of our creditors on 23 December and still have not heard back from your company on how to deal with us. No one has contacted us and when I contact your company they say I still have to wait. We only have 20 days to respond to this. This is not what we signed up for. If we had known it would go to court we would have gone a different route. This was not explained to us that this could happen in our initial sign up. We have been paying on this to the tune of $750 per month since August 2019 16 Months And yet only have one of our five accounts settled on because of all of the initial lawyer fees to begin with. However those lawyer fees are not helping us right now when we are being perused in court without representation from your company yet with only 5 days left to respond.

Yes, this Agency has been there for me during these trying times for the past two years. I have received prompt personal attention and professionalism throughout this ordeal. Again, Thank you for being there for me...

Keanna (spelling??) was great! I called Client Services because I needed immediate relief from my large payment w/Stonepoint since my SO passed recently. K immediately set about skipping my next payment for some breathing room and then we decided on the large debt to remove from the program to permanently reduce my payments. She told me exactly what she was doing and where the next step would come from and when I should learn something from them.

Keanna was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional at all times and I would love to deal with her again at Stonepoint!
