StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet Reviews 

This service was very easy and convenient, the car park was easy to find and parking was close to the reception building where you hand in your keys. It is then a short walk to the terminal.
On return we called in at reception to get the car key, the car was parked very close by so we could jump straight in and head for home.

Good directions, no delays, 10 minutes away from the airport. A good price. Friendly reception

Got the service we wanted. Car picked up at arrival and there on return. No waiting around in either case. Would use again without doubt and would recommend to others.

Never used this type of service before but now I will use it every time. Simply park up your car outside departures and drop your car off and once you come back from your holiday tpyour car is parked back where you left it! Simple!

I thought the experience I had was alright.
I rather expected a service as I have experienced with a meet & greet service at Heathrow - they literally met me at my car, allowed me to take out my belongings and drove away with the car.
All right in front of the airport.
That service was provided at a lesser charge too.
All-in-all, that is the level we all expect of a meet and greet service.
1 more small mention, my car was not registered when I arrived and required some manual checking.

I was given a great range of parking options - and competitive prices compared to other searches I'd done.

The service was good. Quite prompt in fetching and treturning the car- even though the Great Storm meant we were over 1 & half hours late and it was past midnight when we returned. would recommend and would use again.

Would recommend this company. 1 phone call on departure at an early 4am and they told us where to meet the driver and sure enough he was there within the 20 mins we took to get to the airport car park. On Arrival back in the uk and one easy phone call our Car was in the car park within 5 mins! Fantastic would defiantly use again. Many thanks

I couldn't believe just how easy it all was, especially as I arrived for my flight at 0445hrs. Everything was so straightforward and at such a reasonable price.

It was difficult to find as it did not look like airport parking. When I arrived back after my flight it was dark, the car park was poorly lit and I was not told where my car was parked. When I couldn't find my car the staff then directed me. The staff were helpful and the minibus was frequent and quick.

I normally use Drive Fly and whilst I dont have any specific complaints you do often have to wait what seems a longer time than anyone else to have your car returned. So at LGW recently and now at LHR we decided to try something new.

We always valet park as it is so convenient and not that much more expensive than the BAA bus car park option. I must say the service was first class and we were not left hanging around either at drop off (despite giving them next to no notice on our arrival) and on pick - where they were waiting for us. Also cheaper than the next closest rival - will use again.

A great service from the original booking to collection on return. Would recommend them to everyone who travels using Birmingham Airport. Well done lads keep up the good work. Thanks again.

I booked my car into the Meet and Greet via StressFreeParking at Bristol Airport last week and my partner needed to book his car in as well so I went to the StressFreeParking website again to book his car in. Nowhere on the paperwork did it say he had been booked in with a different company and I thought that StressFreeParking were one company! We ended up paying (through no fault of our own) twice as we needed to pay again on our return as the wrong company had picked up my partners car. I am dealing with this as we speak so hopefully there will be a good outcome out of a stressful parking situation! Not StressFree!!!!

The website made it easy to book. The email gave all the information you needed to get there, who to phone etc. The person who greeted us was polite and gave all the necessary details so we knew what to do on our return. They were waiting for us when we exited the airport on our return ( having phoned them from the baggage collection point). Would use this service again.

Found the service very professional with friendly staff, will definitely use them again

car park a little tight on the corners to gain access to the top of the car park where asked to get too, wouldn't suggest a large / long vehicle to access these corners within the car park,
Previously dropped car off outside the car park in drop off point, this was better option
