I paid a contribution in April 2020 for an expected delivery of a bike August 2020
So far July 2021 the only thing I have received is an extra invoice of 437 euro in vat and duty. Including a 25 euro handling fee that was never flagged previously.
I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Strøm bikes. Not even a chain lock are they able to send in acceptable time

Our lock supplier Abus (largest supplier in EU of locks) have delayed their shipment 4 months so fare. We hope you after all will be happy with your bike that should be received. Stroembikes is the worst online…
Stroembikes is the worst online experience I have ever had. They do not deliver what is promised, what they do deliver is defective, they do not respond to emails, social media texts, etc. They delete critical comments on social media sites. I am preparing a new website, stroembikeproblems.com that will allow verified purchasers to actually post their negative reviews of Stroem bikes, in hopes of achieving resolution of existing problems, and to deter potential purchasers from dealing with Stroem bikes.
