I bought products from Sweat relief company in fb flash sale. I bought it product for 59$, they somehow added other products 198,78$ worth. I was confused, and opened the dispute with city cards! Then I send all the products back! Then I open an other dispute with city cards because i didn’t received refund. City cards told me that Sweat relief company told them, that they never received their product back from me, even I had USPS confirmation that they received their product. So city cards closed dispute in their favor. I asked Sweet relief company to send me confirmation email, that they received the product, but they were beating around the bush, giving sweet abstract answers. They never send me confirmation email. I was loosing so much money for the product which I even not ordered in the first place! So after 5 months there was no resolution, I lost 198.78$ So finally I asked city card to help me or I will cancel the card after being customer for 30 years. So city cards credited my money! Sweet relief company is cheaters, never buy from them! And if you order one product and received an other product which you didn’t buy, don’t think that you are crazy and that you forgot, no, that’s their tactics! They did that for the many customers!

I received a notification from credit card company of a possible scam charge from Press and phone number 8332766271 for $238.54.

I called the 8332766271 and they said it was for sweet relief which I did not order. I had to cancel my credit card so they would refund the charge and investigate.

The person at sweet relief said it had been shipped, offered me a discount if I kept the product. I said no thanks. She said once I get the product to call them and I could return it.

After reading all the reviews of how they give you the run around when you call back to return it I just decided to go through my credit company to resolve this.

It is a scam. Charges you 5 times more thanit says. Scam, scam, scam

Sweet Relief didn't help me with joint pain at all! When I purchased it said buy 2, get 2 free. When I wanted to return it with in the 30 day trial they had charged me $179.00, and would only give me $90.00 refund.

The ad is very confusing. Buy 3 @ 39.95 get 2 bottles free. How this adds up to $198 is beyond me. There are hundreds of ads for various products same wording. Several reference Shark Tank and 2 female MIT students, these are totally fiction. When I submitted my Debit Card payment, my payment was declined. An IM from my bank appeared on my screen saying they declined payment as this is a known fraudulent website. I had same issue with Life Boost CBD Gummies. Same ad, diabetes and weight loss, same AI generated Shark Tank review, etc. Same pricing 2 bottles at $39.95, 3 free = $198.

On 6/2/2024 I ordered the buy one bottle get the second bottle free. After several weeks I received 5 bottles and I was charged $238.54 I immediately call customer support to return the order and they said they would send me a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). After several weeks and 5 calls to customer Service, I finally received an email with the return authorization instructions. Waiting so long, I contacted my Bank to start a dispute claim against Sweet Relief. I then Shipped the 5 bottles Back thru USPS as requested. I heard nothing back from sweet relief. I called again and they said “Because you are deputing the purchase with your bank, your account is now frozen and we cannot give you a refund. Settle this issue with your bank.” Meanwhile, the Bank needs proof that the bottles were returned and I lost the tracking number. A real nightmare. So it is Aug 11th and I have no bottles and no refund of $238.54!!!

I thought I was ordering 1 bottle. Then I got a bill for 238$. I called the company, it sounded like I was talking to a robot. They offered to take 50 percent off my bill. They ripped me off on the price

I’ve been waiting for a refund since JUNE 7th.
I’ve talked to the support numerous times you can’t get anywhere.
The billing department is incompetent. I’ve asked for their number but it’s not available.
Wish I had red all the warnings.

At last second, I changed my mind, due to the many bad reviews. I hope I don't get charge, I cannot claim to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). But you can do it. That is the only way to stop this company scamming more people.

By far one of the wirst companies out there .they lie about their return policy . The original ad on Instagram said 90 day return garurentee policy . Called them after3 weeks said the product didn't work, the told me I had to try for at least 2 months. After 6 weeks I tried to return they told me they had a 30 day return policy . I called them out to no prevail. They are a dishonest company and the product sucks . STAY AWAY

Buyer Beware this is the biggest SCAM company on the internet you click on one thing they charge you another. Then add hundreds of dollars to account do not buy from these people

This company is a scam. They tried to make it look as if I ordered more than what I was considering ordering 1 bottle. After Viewing the bill for over $200. After I tried to order one bottle, I then try to cancel the order the same day. I called & was told I could cancel the order, because the charge already went through on my credit card.... I had to call the credit card company and cancel my credit card and get another. They are straight up criminals. Do not trust sweet relief. They try to make it seem like their product is tied to another good wholistic doctor I can't think of her name, but they are lying. They have nothing to do with her company. I called her company as well. They deny anything to do with sweet relief.

Horrible company. Customer service is the worst. The delivered items were not what I ordered. I will never do business with this company again. Their ordering process is misleading and order confirmation is virtually and actually nonexistent. I will never do business with this company again. Total rip-off. They don’t care about reviews. They just take your money contrary to your actual order. Don’t do business with them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I regret ever ordering their product.

This is a scam company I bought the 3 bottles at $39.95 per bottle plus the two free bottles. They charge my card for $198.90. I am trying to get my money back with no vail.
