Well having spent £115 with this company the product was duly delivered. But had to be returned. They are for photo of product before they would give me a RM code! (Needed for return).
Did this, got code, sent very nice email back saying thank you for making the return simple.
First they were going to take £6 for each packet returned from my refund so £18. I explained that you can’t do that in this country and copied n pasted the government document to prove that.
So they agreed not to take it.
But have I had my refund yet? No, I’ve chased and chased it. They keep promising saying an echeck will be coming via email. It’s been 3 weeks now! Product was back with them on 10th Aug!
Not at all impressed now. 🤬

I read up and decided these relief jellies were worth a go. First of all the website was misleading, I thought I was ordering one pot for £36 when in actual fact it was 3 and to complete the order vitamins were added on, total cost £165. I phoned the customer care no and was reassured I'd be refunded and could have 3 pots for £57. The jellies never arrived, I was never refunded. Customer support not bothered. £165 out of pocket. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A
SCAM.

I agree with all the reviews that this is a rip off, fraudulent organisation and should be removed from all websites. I stupidly ordered one bottle without looking at all the abysmal reviews. Without my knowledge, they put me on a monthly contract for which I have now paid 2 x £165!!!!. I have telephoned them twice to cancel any further gummies being sent to me. The second batch that was sent to me , I have now returned keeping the PO proof of posting. The only way that I could put an end to this was by cancelling my card.

If I could give a zero star review of this company, I would.
Their customer care team take ages to answer your query and keep “going away” to check things, leaving you holding on for ages.
They refuse to give you the returns address until the parcel is received (despite me explaining that I already knew I would be returning the items).
Their checkout layout is very confusing and there’s a default ordering of additional items which caught me out.
Also in their small print under their “Privacy” terms, they say they will charge you £5.95 per item for checking!!!!!
I returned my items nearly a month ago and had to chase them again. They now want proof of delivery back to them. Luckily Royal Mail have photographic proof.
I’m still awaiting a refund.

I have read the reviews and as I was about to order and thought I would look them up. Not one good one amongst them so not ordered. Question did this appear on Dragons Den and if so do they endorse the product?

Gummy Bears - Disappointment
£88.95 seemed like a lot, but if it relieved the pain of arthritis it might be worth it. I had 1 month's supply. No effect whatsoever, but worse was to come: They took another £88.95 from my bank. when I asked for a refund they offered me a deal "don't send them back, keep them for half price" My answer was, if they don't work I wouldn't want to keep them if they were free. They then said return the bottles (They weren't in bottles) we will charge you £5.95 for each bottle as a restocking fee. What a joke. I've returned them at my own cost and awaiting some sort of refund. Don't be taken in.

They are a disgusting company ripping off people all the time who only want to feel well. They should be stopped on facebook and elsewhere where they try and con people. There should be a law against this kind of selling. Facebook do something. They must have made millions conning people. I wouldnt give them one star just like all the previous reviews.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Total scam. Went for free offer on Facebook Stupidly put in card details. wITHIN minutes of receiving an email from this company I replied asking them to cancel an order that I seemingly had made for 3 bottles of Sweet Relief totalling £115. They ignored this and sent it anyway and a month later sent out another lot exactly the same. I have paid out £230 for a product that I only wanted to try as a free sample. I have contacted my bank and asked for a stop to be put on any further payments to this company. They keep fobbing me off “must notify the merchant for us to provide return instructions to be tagged as a valid return, therefore in your case you return the product without notifying us. Hence it would be tagged as an invalid return”. ‘As an exemption to help you, we can process a re shipment and process a 60% discount on your total charges, just reply to this email, if you would like to accept this offer”. I don’t want anything more to do with this company. Is there any way to bring this company to task. They are ripping off vulnerable people Advise anyone to keep clear of these SCAMMERS.

I have been looking into this and according to the internet there is a law called , section75 on the consumer credit act that obliges them to give you a full refund, I have sent them another reply so will see if that works.

Having read all the previous comments I totally agree with every negative comment made. One thing I have found out is the charges include a subscription to have what ever you ordered delivered and charged again on a 30 day basis. Something needs to be done about this company, not only are they using people's names eg. Fern Britton to endorse their products they are quite happy to continue ripping people off. I paid £165 for the CBD Jellies and some vitamins (which I didn't order) I have been fighting to get my money back through my credit card since 4th August 2023 I cannot afford to let this go as I am 68 years old and obviously a pensioner. Surely there must be something as a group that we could do? This is the latest email I received this morning. "We apologize for the confusion. The cancellation email you received was for cancelling your subscription. The Keto Max Science comes with a monthly subscription which we have cancelled as of 06 August, 2023.

SCAM like every one else my review should have 0 starts as everyone I have been con apparently free advertising in face book ...then I was charge about £100 plus postage ....then today I received another package WHY ,u am sorry that they charge me again ....Scammers

I have contacted my bank about this company, and they are looking into it, I ordered 3 x bottles but did not receive them ,they said they sent them and they were tracked the courier said they posted them in our wall mounted post box as we do not have a letter box, it is a small postbox.

They have just scammed me of £165.00. Please Avoid.

I ordered those jellies £115.95 was not told that you cannot take these whilst on medication. I also received 30 vitamin tablets which I did not order for £49.95 also shows do not take whilst on medication. I spoke to some staff and got told just ignore what it says on the packet. I am looking for a refund and something done about this company. Maria

TOTAL SCAM! Unfortunately not able to put a zero score!!
As other reviewers say this is a total SCAM. Cancelled my order immediately but the order was still sent and the money taken from the account. I was going to send back but no return address and probably no hope of getting my money back!

I would give this company no stars because it is obviously a scam to get loads of money from us. I agree with all the reviews here, having had totally the same experience. I wanted 3 bottles for £38.95, 3 months supply, which I thought would give me enough time to see it they worked as Fern Britton has been extolling the virtues of Sweet Relief for her and her family. I was then as everybody else taken to a page for the multivitamins, there is no way to get out of this page (£50 for one bottle!!!) so I clicked on continue not wanting these, and found that the payment was complete with yes you've guessed it, the multis added on and the whole lot was £165!!!!! I rang immediately to cancel and got the offer of 50% off but I was adamant I didn't want anything from a company where the pricing was not transparent, and by the way she told me each bottle of the gummy bears was £38.95!!!! Not for 3 yet the website is displayed in such a way that the "best" package is to get 3 for that price, nowhere does it say for each bottle! She cancelled the order while I was on the phone, and I then rang my bank immediately who said that the refund had gone through. I'm still going to ring and check though because of the conversations above where nothing has been refunded. I feel like a complete fool to have trusted Fern Britton, shame on you Fern, for putting your name to this obviously scamming company!
