Unable to rate nil points

Unable to rate nil points. Scam, keep well clear as company are basically crooks. Experience much the same as previous reviewers with over inflated invoice and unable to cancel delivery which when it arrived was not as stated and it was going to cost £5.99 per item to return !!

STEER CLEAR

STEER CLEAR! Pricing not clear and then they add vitamins on recurring debit.
I called and cancelled immediately and was offered £50 off. I insisted on refund, she said yes and an email with reference was sent (no it wasn’t)
I managed to get transaction blocked by my bank

STEER CLEAR - SCAM

This company is a scam and according to my bank is becoming well known as such for sometimes sending out actual products but always taking whatever amount they like once you’ve given them your card details.
I was lucky because my bank denied the transaction. All I had to do was cancel my debit card (they had already put a block on it) and request a new one. Other people have lost quite large amounts. There is obviously enough information in the bank automated systems now for this to have been prevented, in my case.
I was advised by my bank to report the incident to Action Fraud in order for them to alert me if these scammers try to use any of the other information I, stupidly, gave to them - my name, postal address, email address and phone number. I cannot believe I was taken in.
I found the Sweet Relief Jellies via a link on the Manchester Evening News website. I thought I was clicking on an article about Fern Britton’s marvellous company,Sweet Relief Jellies! I note that on the same page on the Manchester Evening News website today, The Dragons of Dragon’s Den are now the proud owners of this wonderful company and product!
Apparently the Manchester Evening News and other such platforms are easy targets for advertisers such as the Sweet Relief scammers as they’re not regulated. If you see SPONSORED rather than the name of the newspaper or author, then it’s actually an advert and not an article. I can’t believe I fell for it. Please don’t fall for it.

This company are scammers - do not buy anything from them please.

This company are scammers. What everyone on here is saying about this company is true. I got scammed on the 20th July 2023, I informed my bank minutes after they sent the Confirmation Order, as they had charged me almost 5 times what the total should have been, which was £33.95 and I was charged £165.90 They also added the vitamins to my order, which I did not order either. My bank stopped my credit card immediately, but they said I would have to wait until the transaction showed up in my account, then you have to wait another 30 days before they can dispute the transaction. I have also contacted Action Fraud, consumeradvice.scot, who will pass on my report to Trading Standards, and a few more websites. I have been advised to contact the police as well, on their Contact Us form. I am a disabled pensioner and I cannot afford to lose this amount of money to these criminals. I am so glad I saw these reviews on here. The will be evidence to tell my bank about and the police, that everyone on here is saying the same thing, "THAT THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS". I just wish I had seen all these reviews, before I placed an order with these criminals. I have all my emails that I sent to this company and all their replies on my laptop. You can tell from the wording and the spelling, that this is not a professional company writing these emails. They asked me to do a 3-way telephone call, with them, myself and my bank representative,. This was when I kept saying that I wanted a refund and that I wanted to cancel my order, within the 14 days you have to do this., after they receive the order back. They then have 14 days to send me my refund - hopefully! I sent the order back the day after I received it, which was on 01/07/2023, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. The address on the package for Customer Returns was a P.O. Box No. 1183, Wembley, HA0 9PD. I was also advised to sent them a letter, saying that I wanted to cancel my order and to send it by Royal Mail Signed For post, which I did today and by email. Consumeradvice.scot even sent me a template letter to use, which also stated the Distance Selling rules on it. So I am just waiting until the 30 days are up and I will be asking my bank to dispute the transaction. Good luck to everyone on here who is trying to get their money back. I will let you know on here if I am successful.

I nearly got caught

I nearly got caught, but at when the offer came through for the vitamins I clicked no. But the transaction first had to go through to my bank that showed me the price, prior to my accepting and the price had jumped up too £48.00!!. At that point I thought that this was scam and rejected the transaction. Glad I did because just got an email thanking me for the order and price the?? Now a whopping £115.00 !!! Checked my bank account but the money has NOT been taken off. I contacted my bank they told me if I rejected it it wont go through but if it does to contact them and they will investigate it.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. Same thing happened with me re made the order and vitamins at just under £50 are automatically added . I rang the company and asked for this to be removed also then decided I wanted to cancel the order in full but was persuaded by a discount of 30% . I reluctantly took this but wish I hadn’t . The full amount minus the cost of the unwanted vitamins has been taken from my account . I have contacted my bank who are investigating this . I have since emailed to cancel the order and request a refund into my account . Let’s hope they do. If the order arrives I don’t trust the legitimacy of the contents of the jellies so I won’t be using them!

False Advertising - Scam - Beware

I came across Sweet Relief Jellies through, what I now know to be false advertising on Facebook, claiming one of the former Beatles is the CEO of the company. I don't know how people get away with writing such blatant lies.

Anyway, the article was offering free samples for its readers and took me to the website where my request for a free bottle was 'approved'. Then I got taken to the payment page. If something is free, you don't get taken to a payment page. I couldn't proceed unless I purchased other products which I wasn't prepared to do because by this time, I realised something was smelling like a filthy rat.

After reading other reviews on TrustPilot, I think I had a lucky escape.

There is no such thing as a free lunch and I feel stupid for nearly falling for it.

An absolute rip off I ordered I thought…

An absolute rip off I ordered I thought 3 bottles and then an addition came up for vitamins which I didn’t want but that was added to the order. The company wants all your details before you can see the prices for the items. Once you’ve clicked you find out you’ve spent a huge amount of money. I rang immediately to cancel the order and the chap I spoke to after ages of saying I wanted to cancel the whole order offered 50% off which in the end I agreed to.
I’ve received the items not bottles but 3 packets of 30 gummies and one of vitamins for an extortionate amount, I too shall be contacting my card company to see if I can get a refund. Cowboy company.

Scam buy cheaper in high street pharmacy.

When ordering two bottles which turned out to be small packets, I was charged for an extra ‘bottle’ of multi vitamins that I didn’t order. The price was totally exorbitant. I won’t be writing to the company but am reporting them to Action Fraud.

Badly misled by this company

I had exactly the same experience as Mr T Barton (see his separate review), plus I found I had somehow 'accidentally' signed up for an extra bottle of a multi-vitamin that I didn't want. I emailed them immediately to cancel the order as it was going to cost me well over £100.00 for something that I was led to believe was free! I have not as yet received a reply to that email, but I have received an email from them in the meantime informing me that my order has been shipped. I contacted my bank as I suspected this company to be a scammer. The bank has told me that the company has set things up in such a way as to take money from my account every month for the second product that I didn't want at all, as if I had subscribed to it. If I could give a zero rating, I would do so. Keep clear of them!

BE WARNED AND BEWARE

Terrible company i cancelled the order as they charged me more than double what i intended to pay and are doing everything to stop me getting my money back finally offering a 50% off
Also if i intend to return them they will charge me for returning the items unopened
The fee for returning 3 small bottles is £5.95 PER BOTTLE RE STOCKING FEE total £17.85 its a rip off and just more attempts to keep the money
