Ordered it on line and they charged my card 198.00 3 times my bank stopped payment right away . Scammers all of it
This is a big SCAM
This is a big SCAM. First of all, the website is misleading. Secondly, after putting your credit card info, they purposely will not show you the total amount to be charged. They only show you they amount they charged on your credit card when they send you email confirming the order. I ordered the pack 1, which they said buy 3 + 2 free. For $39.76 per bottle, the amount should be $119.28. They charged my credit card for 5 bottles, $198.78. Was this a mistake? Hell No! They are scamming people. I called them to cancel the order but they kept making me discount offers, but I insisted to cancel the order. They told me that the order has already shipped. How could the order be shipped when all these happened within 4 hours of placing the order. This is another SCAM. S, my advice is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SWEET RELIEF COMPANY.
100% SCAM on your purchase
100% SCAM on your purchase. Still nothing on a review if it truly. Don't get caught on the fake price!!!
It's total scam
It's total scam. You order 3 bottles at $39.99 but get charged 59.99 and 198.98. Talking to them is useless, they suggest more bottles or unexplainable discount of $90.00 you never paid. Complete crooks, stay away.
I ordered the 3 bottle special for $39.00 they tried to charge my credit card $198.79. My credit card company sent me a text to ask if this was correct, I was able to stop this payment.
I ordered the 3 bottle special for $39. They tried to charge my credit card $198.79. My credit card declined this until I authorized it. I am told this has happened before
Keep Well Clear Rogue Company Rips You…
Keep Well Clear Rogue Company Rips You Off.
I placed an order for a one off offer of 1 Bottle and clicked on Pay to my horror I had been charged for 3 bottles plus an extra 1 I had not ordered coming to £165 when I complained they said I could have them for half price which I accepted. They did not arrive in bottles but sachets and they turned out to be no good at all. One month later an other parcel arrived with 4 more sachets i and I was charged another £165 I got straight on to their Customer Service and told them I had not ordered them. They told me I was on the monthly renewal list and I would have to pay for them as I had not cancelled. I told them I had clicked on the one off offer and not the monthly renewal and cancelled and said I wanted a free return label to post them back for a full refund I was told I would have to pay the return postage as I had ordered them and then they would give me my refund. After I informed them that I posted the parcel back I got an email saying that they were taking £5.95 a bottle off for sanitation and restocking £23.80 in total. I told them umpteen times how could they charge £5.95 a bottle when they never came in a bottle but kept getting the same reply over and over. Unlike some I did get a refund but I would keep well clear because they win all the time if you do not want them they get you to send them back and they are still getting nearly £24 of you. They told me they had not received the return even 1 month after they had received it but I had a screenshot of the delivery of Royal Mail Signed For as proof so I sent it to their email address as proof then they could not deny that they had not received it. Like others before me I would give them ZERO if I could have. Those people who endorse this company and recommend them should be brave enough to have nothing more to do with this company and withdraw their backing
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A MASSIVE RIP OFF COMPANY
Beware of this truly awful company
Beware of this truly awful company. My credit card company are trying to recover the £100 I have been scammed out of.
I ordered 3 originally and paid, they then sent another pack of 3 which was completely unsolicited, no paperwork was enclosed. I immediately repacked thos 3 and returned with a covering letter telling them I had not ordered and that I noticed they had taken a further £100 so to please credit that amount back to my card.
That was 2 months ago, they obviously read my letter as wrote saying they had cancelled any further packs but refuse to refund my money as they claim I didn't have permission from them to return. As they do not enclose information with the packs when sent I do not know how one would know this.
Everyday I reply to their silly e mails telling me I didn't have permission nor have they received any return so they refuse to return my money.
Customer service is a complete misnomer for this company.
I will go on fighting as being an OAP I can not afford to lose £100!
Wish I had looked up reviews before ever dealing with this dreadful company. In my view they are fraudsters and thieves.

Had exactly the same experience as others.
Another ‘pensioner’ totally ripped off ….what a mug I am…..never again, lost £100 😳😔
SWEET RELIEF GUMMIES - MORE GRIEF THAN RELIEF
I ordered the sweet relief gummies and they added the vitamins, which I didn't ask for. I am vegetarian and these are made with beef gelatine, which was not known to me when I purchased them. I was very surprised as the celebrity endorsement has been an advocate for animals for many years. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email with no success. I will be returning them but am not confident about receiving a refund. I think said celebrity and all the others mentioned should take action against this company for using them to endorse a false product.

If there was a lower rating than 1…
If there was a lower rating than 1 that’s what I would give this scam of a company, I got stung with a subscription of vitamins and CBD gummies, I cancelled and sent the reorder back, I’ve been waiting for the refund of £160 for nearly 2 months.
Such a rip off scam of a company, I can’t believe this isn’t unlawful.
One shocking experience I’ve had dealing with this ridiculous and unethical company.

I appear to have subscribed to your gummies when I had not intention of doing so. Please tell me how 8 can cancel this. Asap. I cannot find an6 address, phone number or anything. They just were posted through
Wow - take care.
Wow was I taken in. Advert in Facebook, thought I'd be safe. End of order was £140 + no idea how they added all that extra cost I only ordered for one month. Impossible to cancel and as others have said USELESS - what a con.

Conned into placing an order for £39 ended up charged £115.ripping off vulnerable seniors. Toerags.
shambolic operation
shambolic operation. Shame on dragons den for promoting this product
No good at all
No good at all, the vitamin should not betaken when taking other medication. This is not stated on their site.
Phone No supplied is not valid and they have taken another amount of money when I did not order any products. Useless products and service.
It is a scam
It is a scam. Did not realise that I signed up for monthly delivery. They will only accept the latest delivery returned at a restocking fee of £5.95 per bottle! Did not feel any effect. May send to the Food Standards Agency for testing. Stay clear.
Oh dear
Oh dear, looks like I am another mug. Just come off the phone have just received a pack of gummie I did not know I had ordered and Have just been assured that if I send the items back I will get a refund. That assurance does not look water tight having read so of the reviews. On top of which the gummie did not work. You are better of going to Holland & Barrett and buying CBD high strength cream £49 per pot ( they are doing three for two at the moment) but more importantly it works.
I am up for a fight and I will not let this going I am going to get money back and have a good go at putting this shower of dogs mess out of business.
NO EFFECT WHATEVER...rubbish!
I am embarrassed as I thought I was too clever to be scammed. How wrong was I? I very foolishly believed an advertisement with Fern Britton saying the company was hers and the CBD gummies were great. I ordered 3 months supply to give them a chance and because they worked out cheaper per packet. I have still wasted £120, these are the most expensive sweets I've ever bought in my life. Total rubbish, they are just sugar gummies with absolutely no results whatever. My arthritis has been awful this year so thought they may help. I've seen on other remarks that they didn't even receive anything for their money. How are these people allowed to trade to the UK? My ego is hurting as much as my pocket....NEVER again.
A total Scammers site
As others have found out they are a fraudulent company. What I thought was a free offer of these jellies, turned out they had taken £115.95. The twist here is that when I had put in the details of card etc, you have to click on the next bit. It shows the price of one bottle but not 3 as is evident later. I thought the next page would give me the final price but instead they were processing the amount and I became suspicious. The next continue section was showing a Vitamin bottle of near £50 as some of the others found out. I immediately exited the site. I then went back to check Fern Brittain's article where these scammers had made me feel it was her site that was offering a free bottle till 9th August and stocks are running low, so make haste!
I then immediately phoned my Bank to halt the proceedings against these fraudsters. They did block but as I visited them in the morning, the Bank said that transaction had gone through and they cannot stop that. When I got home, I had an email to say they have confirmed my order and I immediately wrote back to cancel my order. Later on I had an email to confirm they had cancelled the order but had a different order no. Lot later they clarified that they had cancelled my subscription and further will not be charging for anything they were going to send. My Bank had asked me to try and resolve it through these scammers first. I had made it clear to the scammers customer support services that you had promised a free bottle but nothing else I was expecting. They, of course, treat you as dumb insisting that in order to overcome my confusion, they will give 50% discount. I refused and made it clear that I will return the goods as soon as I receive them. I persevered and kept logging my actions, copying the Recorded delivery back to them. Initially they were reluctant to provide an RMA (returned materials authorisation) which was to be returned to them at a different P O address due to my perseverence. In the meantime I forwarded my Bank all the emails etc and the proof of return signed by one of them at that address of RMA site. They had these items by 17th August which were some soft pack jellies but no bottles. They were to charge for restocking these at £5.95 each (3) and refund the rest owed to me. I sent a reminder to them on 5th Sept for the refund I was promised in two, maybe 3 weeks but they apologised! and said their warehouse has not informed them so far and they will get them to scan the items returned and then initiate a refund. However, my Bank's Dispute and chargeback specialist team, to their credit returned on 7th Sept my full amount these scammers had taken. The only loss was the recorded delivery charge of £3.75. I am relieved. Beware the Fraudsters and I would only give them 1 that means a very negative rating.
