NOT RECOMMENDED.. Last minute cancelled delivery,delays without any communications or reasons given.
You could have a frustrating wait with this delivery service.
With no reason given for the initial delivery cancellation & weak excuses for the further delays.
ie. "a bank holiday" or "broken van"
This was my experience using the Sworders delivery service which used Bradley's antique packing services for my 2 small lounge chairs.
I think the problem is that if you're not on a regular delivery route they will hold up your goods.
They are probably hoping to cut their costs by adding another delivery to that route before releasing.
This is despite the service being very expensive.
In the end I got my items released for delivery on the "12th working day" by complaining to Sworders as I was getting no replies from Bradleys.
Unless you can get a firm delivery date included in your contract I would AVOID this delivery service.
I will never, ever sell anything through this auction house again. I will however look at their auctions to buy jewellery because they are brilliant at valuing items below market price and I can pick up some great bargains.
