I should of had my carpet fitted today, when I had no show I call the shop to find out they had nothing booked, absolutely fuming as I changed my working day to be a home and now they want to come tomorrow, we had plans as it my birthday tomorrow so had to cancel everything just because of the incompetence of this shop. I will never go to them again EVER. Their customer service and beside manner is just damm right rude and could not careless, do not bother with this shower of shite I really wish I hadn’t, we been waiting for this to be fitted since we brought this in July. The worse service ever

Fantastic service , so easy to communicate with , let me know what time they’d arrive and arrived exactly time estimated . Carpet is lovely and although apparently there is a join it’s not visible .

We bought LVT from Tappi, advertised with 20 year warranty but it failed in less than 2 years. We used their fitting service and they stated the surface failed due to incorrect fitting, unfortunately their fitting service only has a 1 year warranty! Avoid LVT from Tappi.
