pleasant visit from Tom (Tapi Chichester) we were very pleased with Jacob our fitter. He was professional, polite and displayed great skill in "scribing" a difficult area around a rough stone firestone. We would have no hesitation in recommending his skill .

We got new build and we were looking to try find our house to be floored within our budget, used Tapi at Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird dealt with Darren. He was brilliant didn't complain when we changed our minds on certain aspects and helped us to keep within budget with loads of options! It was expensive for LVT but we really wanted the best and the workmanship from Tam and Martin was outstanding we were away when flooring was done and kept us up to date, happy with the service and sure this will last us a long time.So happy with our floors recommended to our neighbours too - reasonable turn around times too Thanks Darren!

The fitters that fitted the carpet in Beckenham were efficient, fast and tidy. The door wouldn't fit anymore so they took a little of the bottom, no problem.

We recently had a carpet from the Drakehouse branch. The service was excellent from start to finish. The sales person was very helpful but not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the products that we were viewing. We decided to order a carpet based upon the advice we received.
He came out to measure up and the service was done quickly. The fitters have done a great job and we love the carpet. We will definitely purchase from this company again, thank you to all helped with this order.

This review is for experience concerning customer service visitor, Duncan Gardiner from Tamworth branch Ventura park who provided us with quote, pricing and all information at this stage in the process. He arrived slightly earlier than arranged, no problem or inconvenience. He was efficient,pleasant and competent. Overall good experience at this stage, I await remainder of fitting experience.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Chatham Team.
Tracey- was brilliant in store, she was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. She was on hand for advice or questions, but at no time did I feel pressurised.
Once order was placed, the floors were measured and the carpet was available within a week.
Once we were ready for the carpet, a booking was made for 2 weeks time, it could have been done earlier but we were not ready.
Tracey-liaised with us during the whole process and kept us up to date at all times.
The carpet fitter arrived (Andy) he was very polite & professional. He explained that unfortunately, they may be some damage to the skirting boards due to the backing of the carpet, which we have but easily sorted with a coat of paint. Once carpet was laid, he hoovered up. He worked tirelessly. A big/ heavy carpet for 1 person.
A real positive experience, thank you Tapi carpets- we love the new carpet. We will be in touch again shortly to get the other two bedrooms carpets from you.
