Fantastic service from the chesterfield store, carpets fitted perfect and quicker than anticipated, the experience was simple and stress free!

Topi Carpets fitters have lost some of my clothes and some of my sheets and pillows . They were in 2 of my drawers before the fitters came to lay the carpet in my bedroom and now the clothes and sheets have disappeared! I went to the shop in Welwyn Garden City and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to look around the house! She said the fitters didn t dispose of them and fobbed me off. I am going to take this matter further

The Abingdon branch was very helpful. The fitters were fantastic guys very helpfull as I had broken my wrist, Alfie Wharton & Lewis were so kind & hovered up and cleaned up after they had finished my carpet is lovely a very happy customer would recommend Tapi as I have already to my family & friends

I would highly recommend tapi from start to finish the experience was fast professional and efficient, but the best part was having the fitter turn up, his name is Jacob and came from Chichester branch well what can I say he was friendly nothing was too much trouble and a lovely young man very professional I'm so happy with my whole experience will use again as long as they send Jacob again

Cannot praise the Tapi team at Southend airport , especially Andy & Julie .We had an issue with the carpet laid ,they acted on it superbly .Upgraded our carpet at no extra cost & made the transition so smooth & stress free.Chris the carpet fitter ,was Amazing .It was a breath of fresh air to receive such personal ,& top drawer customer service .We cannot recommend this store & company enough .We will be back .Well done everyone involved.Very Happy customers .Mr & Mrs Vandome

Having already waited eight weeks for delivery of a large carpet from Carpetright, on the eve of the planned fitting date we found that the branch had closed. Due to a complex situation involving reception home of a lady from hospital, we urgently needed a carpet. We went to the Durham Arniston Centre store on the afternoon of 23rd July. The carpet was fitted on 27th. The store manager and his team were professional, understanding and could not have been more helpful. Tappi will certainly be our choice of store for future purchases.

I had some great customer service from Ann at Mama Ashanti restaurant. I have always enjoyed my time there whenever i go there and I'll continue to go there whenever I'm in Nairobi.

I had a brilliant experience in Sheffield with Phill.
He is a credit to Tappi. I was going to browse through and go to the next rival, but his expertise and immense knowledge of flooring blew me out. I left there imagining my floors had been done already.
I have much respect and appreciation for Phill!

Went into the Clifton Moor Retail park branch York we were greeted by a gentleman called Anton he is a credit to your company he was pleasant polite and very informative what more can I say

I requested a home visit twice from Tappi, and got the email that someone would call me in 24 hours. This was not the case. I replied to their email and copied in their customer service and got no reply. I tried Facebook, got a reply saying sorry we'll call you but as it had been two weeks since my initial enquiry I didn't bother. By this point I had popped in to the Reading branch where I stood looking at samples for 10 mins, and carpets for 15, no one approached or asked if I needed help. I was goggle searching info to find out more about the product I was looking at. In the end, I just left and went elsewhere. Shame as I liked the products and we had six rooms that needed doing. So my experience was part bad, part non-existent.

Mikey from Fort Kinnaird did a great job, very friendly and efficient. 10/10.
