They originally measured the wrong room and we then had to wait whilst they ordered another carpet.other than that the rest of the carpet in the house has been fine. However, the carpet in the lounge has gone flat with strands coming out, they say there is nothing wrong but it’s the first time in my lifetime that I have had strands coming out, needless to say we will not be buying from Tappi again

We had Eduardo and his team from EA Construction come to fit the herringbone floor we’d ordered from the Tappi store in Catford.
The whole process was perfect from start to finish. They were friendly and informative and the quality of the workmanship is so much better than we expected.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone going forwards.

Had Joe from the Ashton store come to my house today, he was really helpful and brought lots of samples for me to look through at my own leisure. Joe was really friendly and knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.

We visited the Wallasey/Bidston Tapi carpet showroom on 13.05.23.
Lovely bright showroom and it didn’t take us long to find our perfect carpet. Wonderful service from Dana and the manager. They could not have been more helpful. They even arranged to have the carpet fitted for us on Monday 15.05.23. The carpet looks even better fitted. The whole experience from start to finish was 1st Class. When we need our next carpet we wouldn’t got anywhere else other than Tapi. Thank you Dana and hope to see you again soon.

Really great customer service from Declan from the Preston store. He came to provide a quote this morning, really experienced and helpful. Brought samples and quoted for moving furniture etc. Really happy so far. Lets hope the next step is a good. :-)

I would like to highlight the outstanding service received by Dave at the Gateshead store!
He came to measure up the house and was very attentive as I had my baby with me. Simple gestures like opening doors while I had baby in my arms and offering advice with regards to carpets and flooring in relation to little one (thicker carpets for when they’re mobile and how to save costs..). I feel he was very knowledgeable about products provided by Tapi and was able to suggest stores and their stock. I felt his customer service went above and beyond. He was extremely polite and was a good representation for the company.

Absolutely fantastic, all my arrangements were done over the phone, the man who done the measurements was spot on and the carpet fitters were 💯 per cent. We'll impressed, would recommend 👌 to anyone! They work round your budget ! 😊 Thank you to all the staff, very helpful and professional!

We ordered luxury vinyl flooring for a hallway and adjoining dining room. We received great advice on our options with an old house and then had a surveyor come out quickly to confirm requirements. Our surveyor figured out the requirements and then the order was placed. Got good notification of when the job was happening and then on the day we had MK Joinery arrive for the fitting. This was carried out by the 2 friendly guys who carried out the entire job perfectly. Fitting was done quickly and with all difficult parts of an old house sorted so the room looked as new. Fitting service fantastic and would recommend.

Fantastic process and speed of turnaround. Ordered a carpet runner and they had an estimator out quickly (even on new years day!) price was good and now we're ready to go for fitting!

Recently bought a new build and Tappi Fort Kinnaird floored the whole house, I couldn’t fault them beginning to end. Between when I received a quote and I ordered there were some carpets out of stock but Niamh went out of her way to give us alternatives in similar prices and colours. We also ordered only a couple of weeks before we got the floors laid, so the whole turnover was really quick and so efficiently. The team laying the floors were also great; whole house done in a day and a half and good job throughout.

2 energetic fitters arrived on time. It was useful to have a courtesy call the previous evening and check final details.the fitters work conscientiously and carefully. They produced a neat tightly fitting stair case with no slackness over 2 flights of steps.
For workmanship they deserve 5* but the criticism is they did not vacuum after the job. My elderly husband was at home when they left ,I was obliged to leave the house. It was a disappointment to arrive home and be required to vacuum the hallway because the cut edges produced a lot of wool fragments.
It is essential to pay attention to the final details.

Had my laminated floor done via Beckton East London, was really good. Was recommended to use father and son. They were one of the best fitters for laminated flooring. If you get it done make sure you asked for father and son. Thay did a really good job done all the edging properly even master, kid the holes afterwards to make sure there was no holes or anything looks good done a very very good job. The only thing I will say is the store is not very good as they forgot to order my door trim but promise me they will solve the problem. Apart from that the fitters father and son are very recommended.

Very happy with my floor the lads went out of there way to do my step very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Newport road Cardiff and was greeted by David who was very helpful and advised me on the correct carpet for stairs and bedroom. Tony came and measured. Mark fitted the carpets. Excellent service from start to finish.
