I recently purchased a carpet from Tappi Carpets in Cardiff Gate Retail Park. Sue (sales advisor) gave us excellent advice and and helped us to decide which carpets and underlay to choose. The quote was competitive too. The fitters (Rhys and Brad) were very friendly and professional and i would not hesitate to use Tappi Carpets again.

I recently purchased carpet from Tappi - Excellent service from the guys in the Ruislip store and very helpful in terms of which carpet to pick. Measuring was extremely quick with a same day turnaround and the carpet was competitively priced. Delivery was swift and the fitters were very professional. I would recommend them and will be using them again.

We visited the Kirkcaldy store today after visiting numerous other places before as we didn’t know Tapi was in Kirkcaldy. And we are so glad we did! We were met buy Elaine who did everything she could to get us a brilliant deal. Also offering a measuring service free of charge to confirm our sizes. William the estimator visited and was delightful. Made sure we were happy and explained joins etc.

Harlow branch:-great service,great selection of carpets and great prices.
Fitters also did a great job,they were Quick,arrived when they said they were going to and even hovered up afterwards.
They also trimmed the bottom of the bedroom door as the carpet was to thick and the door wouldn't close,only cost £20.
All in all fantastic service all round.

I purchased a lot of carpet for 2 landings and 2 stairs. The carpet was well priced for its quality, softness and look. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and gave good advice. I would also add that when the carpet was fitted the chaps did a brilliant job. It took them longer than previous fitters but when you see the finished job you can see why. Quality takes time I guess. We are all very happy with the whole experience and will be coming back. Thanks.
